This is an INCREDIBLE walkthrough thank you. My one question is when you first trimmed everything from inside the synchronize view and then had to highlight everything to manually move the contents to get rid of the blank space… couldn’t you have just done your main trimming and edits first using the method used when you do the “additional tweaks” at around 13:18?

Looks interesting except one issue I have is closing the empty spaces. This seems tedious. Why not have a button which will allow an automatic closing of all blank spaces?

Audio problem! The sound from the main track dissapears when doing cut to camera 2 and 3. What do I do worng? Very good tutorial!

Thank you for this video. I have one question for you. I am using android Samsung Smartphone but when I click on Plus I do not see here the multicam functionality. Is is possible that his functionality is available only on tablets? Thank you.
After you have added a completed multicam container is there any way you can alter the level of ALL the audio tracks simultaneously without having to do all of the clips separately ?

I really can't see that much of an advantage apart from the auto sync. But i am more interested in how you do that tilt perspective look when you go the the sync button?
Can you work with your clips on an external drive?
More importantly- Does the edit still run smoothly when you do have the clips on an external SSD?
Brilliant Video Rob. I do wonder based on the list of things people want for LumaFusion where multicam would appear. I doubt it would make my top 5.
It’s way down the list for sure.
That sems like a lot of extra work. I make a lot of mistakes, and have to chop up my video quite a bit, why would I wand to multiply those cuts time the numbe of cameras I have. You have to cute 4 clips for every mistake you corrected... thats tedious. And then for you...Sure you only had like 10 or so sections you needed to squeeze together, plus you had the option to drag a box over them. Now imagine those of us who dont have that feature of draging a square becuase were using an iphone, and we have 50 plus sections to squeeze together, and not the field space to see them all very clearly. that is just way too much work. It would be easier to do it the first way.. but then you run into the issue of it stopping. so thats no dice.... better to just keep all the errors, choose your camera angles... then...export the video fully... then re- upload it and start fresh with the cutting on one timeline.

I would really enjoy this, and I’m fine with paying for it…however, they have been saying “soon” for a long time… They longer they drag it out, the more hollow promises they make, the less interest is going to remain. The excitement is already dropping down, and they don’t seem to interested in delivering. Have they given you an availability date yet?
I have no date yet, only different builds to correct a few bugs.
