    Not visited the NYMR for just under 20 years. Need to plan a visit but an NYMR trip isn't one that can be done on a normal out and back in one day visit. I'd need to stop over for a few days in either Grosmont or Pickering, or if it is available The Aidensfield Arms.

    A very good video as someone who has never ridden on the line I was surprised how much distance the heritage trains run on Network Rail track. I assume heritage drivers are under the same discipline in regard to having rule assessments and being medically fit the same as TOC & FOC drivers.
