I brought the original shiatsu when it first came out & I still have it. It does really dig in & you're right it does help , but may be too harsh for sensitive or older people. I hope it does help you feel better .

I had an MRI last year and found out I have Chiari Malformation 1, so I don't use it very often but it is a very good product and I would still recommend it.
