American Airlines unveils new Business Class premium amenity kits

The bespoke kits are by Los Angeles-based luxury leather accessory company This is Ground and feature products from top beauty brand Allies of Skin. There's 'pH-optimal, silicone-free hand and face creams rich in essential fatty acids that boost repair' - both 8ml - and 'a Shea Butter lip balm infused with Argan Oil that nourishes chapped lips'.
