Gosh I wish this will be something rock or punk. They never need to make another IOH or Folie, I just want them to return to using guitars or just make it sound like Andy's playing the drums and not a machine. Weezer did a bit of comeback lately while also blending in modern sounds. I'm sure FOB can pull that off too, there's still hope. *fingers crossed*
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON’T BE A POP ALBUM AND DON’T FOLLOW ANY TRENDS. Their first 4 albums (albeit trend following) were amazing. They were always pop punk at heart and it’s okay to branch out every now and then (Golden is phenomenal) but TTTYG is a freaking masterpiece of a record.
People compare this band to other punk rock or metal bands that are actual punk or metal bands and it passes me off and they just sound like annoying little kids when they sing lol
