A : In game, his eye flashes between blue and yellow. So he can summon Blue or Yellow Gaster Blasters in this animation. Yellow Blasters are stronger. As nonsensical as it seems, it actually kinda makes sense that Spinel would win this one. Sans's abilities get stronger depending on how many people you've killed, and while Spinel has _threatened_ to kill a lot of people, her actual kill count is a lot lower than Frisk/Chara's on the genocide route. As for how she managed to land a hit so quickly, her stretching abilities allow her to attack from a lot of different angles at once, which is something Frisk/Chara simply can't do with their limited weaponry.
