Jevil and Sans have a pretty good parallel. The both know that in the end, nothing matters and the consequences are null. But, they act differently in this regard. Sans, doesn't care about doing absolutely nothing, because in the end, it will all be reseted. While jevil does anything he wants, because he know there isn't consequences.
They both go through similar hardships but they act out differently. If Sans wasn’t so depressed, maybe he’d end up like Jevil? And if Jevil wasn’t so eccentric, he’d end up like Sans.
Coming back to see this animation years later, my opinion of this being the best Deltarune/Undertale animation I've ever seen.. Even if it was made three years back. 💜

I think canonically Gaster Blasters are machines, which is probably what was hidden in Sans's shed. The reason I say this is because they're literally named after Gaster, who was a SCIENTIST and built the core, so it's safe to say he was quite familiar in building contraptions. The reason Sans has telekinesis and bones is because he's obviously the brother to Papyrus, and shares his magic. Papyrus doesn't physically move your soul around like Sans because he doesn't exactly want to hurt/kill you, unlike Sans. Alongside this, there doesn't really seem to be a limit so how much magic a monster can use, as every monster in the game will infinitely attack you until you end the fight by sparing them or killing them (even Sans will infinitely attack you as long as you don't attack him). So Sans very VERY likely only gets tired from dodging your attacks (notice how the sweat always appears right after you attack him) and waving his arm around to slam you into walls. So, surprisingly, Sans actually doesn't have "mana" and more so just has poor stamina when moving and dodging. So he could literally summon a near infinite amount of bones and not even be affected; Why doesn't he do this? Idfk lol.

But I don't think that was the oroginal look for the joker. There is this theory going around that Sans is a darkner, and if that's the case, he definitely is one of the jokers. A joker is the wild card that can either be the most powerful card or the most weakest. Sans definitely fits that category, since his karma ability can only affect those who have done wrong. Ex: Sans mutilates the player in the Genocide run because of their level of violence, but if he were to hit Papyrus it would only deal 1 damage. But that's just my Theory. The most peculiar thing that I have found on card history is that there used to be five suits. Today, we have four: Spade, Heart, Diamond, and Clover. But in the 1900's, there was another: Star. We never see what Ralsei in Deltarune is the prince of. I'm willing to bet he is the prince of the star king. So theres two theories for you!

So I came back to this after a while, I noticed a pretty good detail, in the actual game Sans dodges about 24 times before dying (I think, feel free to correct me on the number), I counted the dodges (by that I mean every time he actually dodges an attack or changes directions like in that spade spam part he ran in) and he was at about 23 before his limit
You're wrong, he didn't have a limit to his dodges, it's just that Frisk or Chara did it 2 times and Sans didn't expect the protagonist to break the rules of the game just to kill Sans, so that's a good reference, but there's no truth about his limited evasions
But why would they make a team? Sans is a logical strategic guy who just wants to bring "love, peace and time" back to his time while Jevil is just here to be a chaotic insane devil Sure, they are both despaired but they are opposite sights of despair. Hey animated zorox, i'm a big fan. Your work with animation it's really good and maybe you can work with *camila cuevas*. Certainly you two are side by side in animation level.
They have personalities which would definitely clash. One is chaotic, wanting only to fight and probably kill everyone. The other wants to protect everyone
I guess Jevil vs Sans is a battle of endurance or damage. If sans can dish out damage faster than he heals, it’s a win for sans. If jevil is dealing with everything properly, then it’s the end. Given the games though, Jevil would win hands down. Sans may have the blasters and bones, but the issue is stamina. Sans tires out fast and when throwing bones, shooting blasters, and teleporting, it only takes a few minutes for him to pass out. Jevil on the other hand has way too much energy to spare. If both played well, Jevil would outlast sans and fire him out in a battle of attrition. If sans played much better though, he could catch Jevil and blast him to nirvana.

i like how in this animation sans isn't super acrobatic given in certain scenes he's doing flips but most of his dodges he's just side stepping the hits with as minimal effort as possible

If you think about it, jevil is technically more powerful than sans. Before you judge me, remember that you fight jevil with a party of 3, a healer, and jevil can take several hits. Try fighting jevil with only one person, than compare it to how easy sans would be in a 3v1
Not necesarely. He is a gigantic Chester and can Dodge them all if he knew they would attack At the same time. And Sans can regain his stamina really fast(after the final attack he was really sweating and then when he fell asleep and you attacked agsin he lost all the sweat, he only died cause Chara got a sneak attack)

I guess Jevil vs Sans is a battle of endurance or damage.
If sans can dish out damage faster than he heals, it’s a win for sans. If jevil is dealing with everything properly, then it’s the end.
Given the games though, Jevil would win hands down.
Sans may have the blasters and bones, but the issue is stamina.
Sans tires out fast and when throwing bones, shooting blasters, and teleporting, it only takes a few minutes for him to pass out.
Jevil on the other hand has way too much energy to spare.
If both played well, Jevil would outlast sans and fire him out in a battle of attrition.
If sans played much better though, he could catch Jevil and blast him to nirvana.

i like how in this animation sans isn't super acrobatic given in certain scenes he's doing flips but most of his dodges he's just side stepping the hits with as minimal effort as possible

If you think about it, jevil is technically more powerful than sans. Before you judge me, remember that you fight jevil with a party of 3, a healer, and jevil can take several hits. Try fighting jevil with only one person, than compare it to how easy sans would be in a 3v1

He is a gigantic Chester and can Dodge them all if he knew they would attack At the same time.
And Sans can regain his stamina really fast(after the final attack he was really sweating and then when he fell asleep and you attacked agsin he lost all the sweat, he only died cause Chara got a sneak attack)
@@Vitoeywasnt really a sneak attack, more like an unexpected one. Sans was fully on guard, if it was a sneak attack sans wouldn’t actually see or know chara was there about to strike him.

The attack wouldnt have worked by Undertale fight rules.

I would have prefered seeing sans teleporting around to dodge attacks, but seeing his reaction time to just dodge and not teleport is just amazing. Every animation I watched I saw him dodge by teleporting, and I must say this is an amazing animation!
It is cool when other animators use sans to teleport to dodge out of attacks but Jevil seems to teleport to spam his attacks
I feel it's more canon this way. The whole teleportation thing is more a fan theory than a fact.
