Guardian Leo (Immortal) and Donnie (mortal) accidently become friends. At first, Gleo was actually assign to protect Donnie but failed (Donnie was killed by krang). After that, Gleo beg the 'Higher Up" to reincarnate Donnie back as a guardian like him (cause thats the only way to keep donnie alive). Well for sure, Donnie is reincarnated as a guardian but lost his memory. He probably hate GLeo because he thought GLeo is the one who killed him. (More fact, Gleo can shift or change appearance as a normal mortal.
