Why would you call any of your monkeys creepy? It is because of you they behave like they behave. Linda is scared of you and tries to communicate this. And Max is totally undeveloped for his age, incapable even to eat, sucking all the time his finger, unable to contact with any monkey, just knows to „play“ wirh himself in the mirror. The only thing you definitely taught him are the movements of an adult monkey whenever he humps on something( yesterday he was „practicing“ with the bed margins).

Mouth motions of this type and chattering are signs of stress in monkeys. Don’t let him fool you into believing she is talking to him in these videos. She has been mistreated in some way for her to behave in this manner.

She's not behaving badly. Obviously you don't know how they behave and realize something has been put on her to make her scream and scratch like that. They likely let her play in peppers or just put the peppers directly on her.
