Hi Pranay, its always good to have a referral but if you don't have one that doesn't mean you can't get a job.
First rule- Ask the other person if they want to/comfortable in referring you, don't just use any person's information in your referral section without their consent.
So while you apply you mention your referral's information in required section and your referral will also do their part by making sure he/she knows you and understands your ways of working, you are good/suitable candidate for the job and referred you by understanding everything mentioned above.. thats all from referral and referees point of view..this could land you with an interview, rest depends on how it goes and final decision is in company's hand.
