      Build things, small or big, it doesn't matter, build websites, apps, anything you find on your way, fill your portfolio with them and then send out your resume to companies and ask for an internship, once you land that things will go much smoother.

      There is no cookie cutter answer for this. My advice would be to think of what problems you can solve with your newly acquired hard skills. It would be awesome if that can synergize with one of your hobbies. This slowly builds up your portfolio of work.
      Look for companies that provide internships, or graduate programs and start applying. Don't give up when you get "no" for an answer, you'll get better at interviewing and eventually land a job. It just takes time :)
