I have been beat, bullied, molested, teased, left out, robbe (too many times), worked to death on the farm, and family businesses, disrespected by everyone, abused in almost everway by the ones I thought loved me, I've been Kicked out, evicted , homeless, divorced, laughed at, made fun of, eaten outta trashcans..broken bones, broken hearted, my only child was stolen 0 contact, lied too, misguided, then canceled like a bad rerun. But here I lay in my lonely bed in my lonley house because my husband walked out on me so he could be a whore and fuck a teenager plus 12 other bitches. Sorry for the language. I'm tired. I don't have much hope or energy to start over. I couldn't if I tried. I'm in so much pain it's unbearable at times. Now i found out i have Cushingtons and scared to go to the doctors, I'm in too bad of shape physically, emotionally, and mentally to start over again. I have moved over 21 times since I was 17. I thought I found my man and my future and had a great job until my husband fired me. Now I'm afraid I have to go on disability. I'm so tired, I just want to go home. Wherever that maybe. There is no love on this planet for me. But somehow I keep waking up to this nightmare every morning. It's hard to love yourself when you've been told you were worthless your entire life. When does it get better? When will I find love or happiness or even someone to talk too. I'm so lonley it hurts. But I'm really trying to love myself and hopefully get on the right medications and start working out or doing PT and yoga. Nobody loves you when you get fat. Hopefully God willing I finally get in shape and get my sexy and confidence back. I just need someone on my team a cheerleader that wants to see me get better instead of wanting to see me fail. Never keep them bottled up; if you can try to release these emotions or feelings into something productive like a sport, music, activity, poetry, or just let it all out when alone, that would be great. Usually denial is the first step most hate to wake up to their own shit lol so they hide and deny and it is not good. Then comes that anger or frustration! You are starting to interplay the realization of pain and grief most likely. Eventually further along comes depression probably and then finally ACCEPTANCE and that is when you have hit your healing journey! Congrats and may peace and love find its way into you! I had forgotten how efficient this frequency is, last year it helped me battle depression and anger. I was doing well, meditating on a regular basis, learning to let things go and the hatred and anger was gradually replaced by love and joy. But suddenly, I sort of lost my way, like someone or something slipped in me and I became this empty enraged bitter being, stopped meditating and all the good habits. Now I only see darkness around me...but I believe and hope that this will get me back on track. So far the tension dropped, maybe it‘s a good sign...

I have so much built up ferocity, stress, hatred, jealousy and mental/emotional abuse inside me that day to day its ridiculously difficult to battle it and stay sane and in good mind to all around me and not lash out on people due to my past. Trying this as a last resort.. I don't have any parents and my first serious long term relationship of four years ended. She blocked me and I didn't get a message or explanation or nothing. Sat waiting there at the cinema for a date that never came. That night get messages from her ex boyfriend and he's sleeping with her.. she didn't know how hard I was grinding and investing & saving bc I wanted it to be a surprise, worked full-time since I was 15 (now 21) and I had 80 grand saved & was gonna ask her to run away to France like we spoke about, buy a little cottage and get married.. I've tried excerising, meditating, medication, therapy but 6 months after this has all happened it is still as raw and painful as the first day.. flight is next week. Still booked two tickets bc at this point I want to just go to that spot in Bastille alone, apolgise to the universe for my mistakes & not being strong enough to continue on. Knowing my suffering has an end date now at least has given me peace.

I keep getting opportunities to state my boundaries once and then stick to it. Amazing how many people don’t respect my boundaries and never did, how blind I was. What a wake up call when I stated my needs and took my rights. Shit hit the fam and I still have two folks who are determined to undermine me just because I walked.

So my goal, my purpose is to nurture. Yet my heart chakra constantly says I'm partially blocked. So I keep listening to heart chakra waves. At least I'm no longer fully blocked. I'm also meditating. And giving love as much as possible. Right now, during this pandemic it's so important to share love. We are so isolated and easily upset as a result. Be loved. Feel it radiate from the heavens and the earth.
I think you can take a time of nurturing to heal. Just for a short period of time a day. To release everything you are still holding on to. Sometimes if you have a role or purpose to for fill it can be hard to let go of negative subconscious emotions. Just feel your emotions, if you use your intuition and are happy in the role of being nurturing, you will never ever lose it. Just remind yourself that, because you are the master of your mind. You will only let go if you give yourself that permission.
If you are reading this...Remember when you thought you would never get through some stuff! And... Look at you, you are here, you ARE ALIVE, you made it! I was going to sleep when suddenly this pain started to emerge from the middle of my chest closer to the back. A very slow, deep pain. It was hurting so bad I started to gasp... I have never experienced anything like this before so I went on here played this and it went away... I’m not sure if this is spiritual attack but if it is I ask protection. Thank you 🙏

I lost a friend to suicide, and we used to listen to these frequencies together. I’m really depressed right now, like so depressed that it’s making me physically sick. I can’t feel anything right now but this pain that’s so deep that it’s numbing and I just hope this helps me feel again. I don't have much hope or energy to start over. I couldn't if I tried. I'm in so much pain it's unbearable at times. Now i found out i have Cushingtons and scared to go to the doctors, I'm in too bad of shape physically, emotionally, and mentally to start over again. I have moved over 21 times since I was 17. I thought I found my man and my future and had a great job until my husband fired me. Now I'm afraid I have to go on disability. I'm so tired, I just want to go home. Wherever that maybe. There is no love on this planet for me. But somehow I keep waking up to this nightmare every morning. It's hard to love yourself when you've been told you were worthless your entire life. When does it get better? When will I find love or happiness or even someone to talk too. I'm so lonley it hurts. But I'm really trying to love myself and hopefully get on the right medications and start working out or doing PT and yoga. Nobody loves you when you get fat. Hopefully God willing I finally get in shape and get my sexy and confidence back. I just need someone on my team a cheerleader that wants to see me get better instead of wanting to see me fail. Never keep them bottled up; if you can try to release these emotions or feelings into something productive like a sport, music, activity, poetry, or just let it all out when alone, that would be great. Usually denial is the first step most hate to wake up to their own shit lol so they hide and deny and it is not good. Then comes that anger or frustration! You are starting to interplay the realization of pain and grief most likely. Eventually further along comes depression probably and then finally ACCEPTANCE and that is when you have hit your healing journey! Congrats and may peace and love find its way into you! Hope this helps!

I had forgotten how efficient this frequency is, last year it helped me battle depression and anger. I was doing well, meditating on a regular basis, learning to let things go and the hatred and anger was gradually replaced by love and joy. But suddenly, I sort of lost my way, like someone or something slipped in me and I became this empty enraged bitter being, stopped meditating and all the good habits. Now I only see darkness around me...but I believe and hope that this will get me back on track. So far the tension dropped, maybe it‘s a good sign...

I have so much built up ferocity, stress, hatred, jealousy and mental/emotional abuse inside me that day to day its ridiculously difficult to battle it and stay sane and in good mind to all around me and not lash out on people due to my past. Trying this as a last resort.. I don't have any parents and my first serious long term relationship of four years ended. She blocked me and I didn't get a message or explanation or nothing. Sat waiting there at the cinema for a date that never came. That night get messages from her ex boyfriend and he's sleeping with her.. she didn't know how hard I was grinding and investing & saving bc I wanted it to be a surprise, worked full-time since I was 15 (now 21) and I had 80 grand saved & was gonna ask her to run away to France like we spoke about, buy a little cottage and get married..
I've tried excerising, meditating, medication, therapy but 6 months after this has all happened it is still as raw and painful as the first day.. flight is next week. So my goal, my purpose is to nurture. Yet my heart chakra constantly says I'm partially blocked. So I keep listening to heart chakra waves. At least I'm no longer fully blocked. I'm also meditating. And giving love as much as possible. Right now, during this pandemic it's so important to share love. We are so isolated and easily upset as a result. Be loved. Feel it radiate from the heavens and the earth.
I think you can take a time of nurturing to heal. Just for a short period of time a day. To release everything you are still holding on to. Sometimes if you have a role or purpose to for fill it can be hard to let go of negative subconscious emotions. Just feel your emotions, if you use your intuition and are happy in the role of being nurturing, you will never ever lose it. Just remind yourself that, because you are the master of your mind. You will only let go if you give yourself that permission.

I was going to sleep when suddenly this pain started to emerge from the middle of my chest closer to the back. A very slow, deep pain. It was hurting so bad I started to gasp... Tonight is first night where I’m committing to letting it all go. The hurt the pain. Childhood trauma. Family trauma. Marriage trauma. I’m literally going through a midlife crisis at the age of 31. It’s the hardest thing because you realize all you want to do is be selfish outside of the support you have. I have to take accountability and say each thing I went through in adult life I cause it on myself. However I’m going to commit to healing and my career development. To anyone who needs something start with the source of life. Mother Nature will always lead you to where you need to be. Peace and abundance ❤

I lost a friend to suicide, and we used to listen to these frequencies together. I’m really depressed right now, like so depressed that it’s making me physically sick. I can’t feel anything right now but this pain that’s so deep that it’s numbing and I just hope this helps me feel again. I can’t eat, I can’t get out of bed and most of all I can’t feel that I’m going to be ok. I hope that I will because I have nobody to talk to about this. I’m scared I won’t make it out

Now no joking I just closed my eyes rubbing over my forehead in deep regret for my actions towards myself and others just wanting to make it good again to make it undone and pray for my partner for myself and for forgiveness and seriously i closed my eyes and behind the shadow of my eyelids I saw the face of Jesus. Like seriously... I have never had something like that not in a dream or in a meditation ever but I swear I saw it, it wasn't super intense but very clear. Jesus... I'm suprised...
