When running it on the hose, never turn the water on first! Always crank the ski, turn on the water, run it then turn water off and turn off the ski. Pushing water in without it running can fill the cylinders.
Great video! That looks so much fun blasting in the creek like that! Your country is so beautiful and it's so nice that you can do fun stuff like that without people going nuts! Hope you're doing well my friend.
The 'key' you're using looks like the throttled key. Mine has another key in bright yellow. Thats the fast key. I use the slow key for little kids. It keeps the power low, just like what you're experiencing. That way the kiddos can't crash that bad. Lol
Great content. The progression of topic through the years is nice. Much more engaging (and watchable) than the usual style of content from a continent across the ocean (and shall remain nameless).
Me and some of my golf buddies In Vancouver/Canada a re fascinated by your videos and your ingenuity .My favorite memories lie between Fellini and Hallström the latter of whom reminds me of „Mitt liv som hund“and of course you know what I‘m getting at…fabulous life!
Awesome video as always! Thanks so much! Little tip for editing the video: when you want to speed up part parts of the video and do not want to loose the cool, original sound, then simply split the videoclip into its video- and audio track and add them both to your timeline. Then speed up only the video track and just cut the audio track to the corresponding length. While the sound is not necessarily synchron, it still is better than silence!
Tack!
I really love watching your videos. But you didn't show us how you got the boat back to your truck. I wish you and RUclipsr Andrew Camarata could get together and see how you both work things out. I hope you've seen his video's. He lives in NY. You are both so much alike. Keep up the good work. I live in NY also but I am of Swedish decent. Last name Erikson.
Love the videos you make! The water seems very quick in some places, a very strong stream. It's very interesting that the water is very clear, but tinted brown. Is this from the wood in the river bottom? It's not muddy as far as I can see. You live in a beautiful place!
I think if you put another long piece of wood underneath the pallet so that it rests on all 3 steel pipes instead of just the one in the middle, it will be much stronger and likely never breaking again.

I'm surprised you didn't build a 'proper' trailer for your jet ski. If you take a look at one, they're fairly simple. All you need is two steel/alumin beams and then two brackets extending up from them, with adjustable height as an option and then you attack the 2" x 6" pieces you alreay have, so the jey ski slides on the 2" side of the carpet covered wood. You also need a bracket for the bow, either covered with a "v"-shaped rubber or you could buy the roller. If you want to make guides (to guide the jet ski onto your trailer) 2" PVC pipe works quite well (Drill a couple small holes in the bottom for any water to drain out.) You can also use the PVC to cover metal pipes, used as guides.
Any one with money and no ingenuity can order brand new stuff and not take care of it but it takes a special person to buy items in poor shape and make it work to their advantage. Most of all it is not the end result but „how he gets there“.Go Bjorn Go!
brother, some comparisons are healthy and veeery positive, but you channel and work gives a Andrew Camarata vibe like crazy, u just need more dogs XD Great great work man.
Im betting the wear ring inside the impeller is either damaged or worn out. That mosl likely why you are not getting any speed. Espesialy since you insist on driving over debrees and rocks. Replace the wear ring and its fine. Look for a YT channel called 3ftDeep. They make awsome videos on repairing jetskis.

Worst excuse ever, no boat shop around, why would you need a boat shop to rebuild that trailer? From what I have seen in your previous projects you could have used scrap metal an welded up a perfectly good trailer in the time it took you to put another useless pallet on there :) FFS Björnström, Shape up!

Thanks, if that water is anything like the water here in the south of the USA then I can smell it from here. That color water has a special smell.
