Great video! It’s nice to see how much more popularity the prequels gained over the years, and how many people dedicated themselves to debunk negative criticisms.
While feminism is definitely no focus, I still believe that especially Padme shows what true feminism is actually about.

Various things had me relook at Star wars prequels myself. the story I saw the first time was mostly spectacle, when anakin was told to kill younglings and he was evil now, I sorta felt it was a jump.
But then I see it again and don't get distracted by things.
one thing I noted in the prequels was queen amadalla was Senator for life.
it wasn't a Democratic republic, it was just as evil as the empire. and the Jedi protected and killed the separatists in the clone wars the way nobility had their knights supress peasants during the middle ages.
the Jedi being Corrupt, and allowing such things as slavery to exist in the Rim was one of the key failures that made the Jedi need to be destroyed.
the other failure was when Anakin was the chosen one, they let the sith know when he was weak and untrained. they had no operational security.
they learned that lesson and Obi wan kept Luke hidden.
But they let the sith know they had him and didn't protect him.
they didnt befriend him, and instead treated him poorly. his only friends were out side the order like padme and palpatine. and his padawan Asoka who was forced out of the order to appease the mob.
anakin's mom dying wasnt a seporate event, Anakin being born into slavery was the sin, the fact they let his mom died, drove home that years after finding slavery on his planet they hadn't fixed the issue.
when the seportists objected to the deal they got, they tried 'peacekeeping' and soon turned to firepower
if the Jedi were good they should have left the comfort corosant and taken a position on the troubled spot thru the republic solving wrongs like slavery.
if the Jedi were good they should have realized the republic was not.
but instead they chose to stick to their ways despite knowing the force was angry, and they got burned.
anakin was merely the instrument of that, they have chances to redeem themselves, and instead chose poorly time and time again.

These are a ton of great points, I really like your analysis on the movie. I think that the Jedi and the republic are stated as a better alternative to the separatists, but they're also inherently flawed. The Jedi order are coerced and caught up within politics and the republic, which cloud them from their morals.

I don’t know if it’s just me but your sound seems quite low.
Also I know it take some time to build up confidence in front of the mic but try to speak up and really push your words out, it really improves the viewing experience.

I'd rather have it necessary to turn up my volume than not being able to turn it down further
