If you somewhat smash the potatoes after boiling, add a bit of olive oil with the butter and sear at a higher temp then add your garlic and so on, the potatoes actually absorb much more of the flavor versus just on the outside of the potatoes. Just a suggestion! ❤❤❤
@shellycarter155 that ain't fried potatoes. They were making fried taters. You slice the potatoes and and onions season salt and let the magic happen. Lazy ppl don't peel the potatoes or slice them,it's not the same.can be good, but slice fried potatoes are gonna win the prize every time with them onions. And then fry the cabbage with polish sausage. Forget about it.😎 My fake Italian voice

I'm a good chef, You are wonderful, good knifework, make magic out of basics, cabbage and mince. However at my age 67 the amount of butter/cholesterol would kill me. I will take your recipe and try to convert butter to yoghurt. yes, very different, probably will add indian spices

Great question! Mince meat usually refers to finely chopped meat, which can be made from various types of meat, including beef, pork, or lamb. It's often used in recipes like meat pies or stuffed dishes. Hamburger specifically refers to ground beef formed into patties. @SimpleRecipes-zv1 Thanks for the info. Thought that maybe 'hamburger' was the finished product. And what do you get when you order hamburger, surely not just the 'mince meat' patty without the bun, salad & dressing?" One ham & salad burger coming up".

It would’ve been nice if you did wash the Cabbage. Besides, too much waste of Butter for those sliced Cabbages. You could’ve sautéed chopped Cabbage with Onion, Garlic and Dill weed separately. Cook and serve your Burger on top of it. Then add your sauce before eating.
Excessive amount of butter!!! Perfect in every way!!!!

Thanks for sharing this tip! It sounds interesting and could really enhance the flavor of the potatoes. I’ll definitely give it a try! ❤

Yum! Deep-fried cabbage! Such a healthy dish.
Looks very good. Been looking at a lot of cabbage based dinners. It's cheap and tastes great. That meal would feed me for 3 or more dinners.
Thanks for the info. I must try this technique. Following the steps is necessary for a good result.
Looks delicious, love cabbage.

Why would you put a sharp knife near a non-stick skillet?
Teflon....PFAS central. Innovative combination of ingredient . Looks Polish with all that kapusta
Thank you. I’m glad someone said it.

I think I would enjoy this, but I’d hate to use up that much butter.
Cut the onion in half first and it peels a lot easier, two seconds.
Brought to you by the American Butter Corporation.
The black glove looks like Thing from the Adam's Family mixing the meat.
Meh I like my bacon grease in a cast iron skillet.
That stock of Kerry Gold butter is about $8!

Why on earth would you ruin good beef like that ??
"This week on how to fuck up a hamburger..."
Wow all that butter. I had three heart attacks just watching this
Even mice and animals wouldn’t touch this
Perfect for a diet 😂
the meat looks like it grew up on someones couch.
Seems a lot of bother just to ruin a hamburger.
Yum!
What’s the name of the music
Why did you change the name of your site? I liked the piano music better.

Long we don’t have peeling chopping
How much oil and fat do you want to consume
As much as is necessary to make it taste great 😁
Do not cook with good butter. Unsalted stick butter is fine.
I think I'm going to skip this recipe.
Next case….its a little overkill
Heart attack waiting to happen.
Looks delicious 😋 ... if we die, we die 😂
Aqua da boca thanks

That is some fatty ground beef (pork?) add a whole damn pound of butter and it's overkill.
But you lost me at nutmeg and dill. Gah.
seems like a lot of bother to ruin a hamburger that's funny
I don't waste my time watching videos that don't use USA measurements like oz, lbs, tsp. tb etc.
Went on for too long then didn’t look great tbh. I’ll not be making that looks bloody awful
That knife and your knife-work are amazing!!! Maybe it's all the spices, but that burger doesn't look cooked👎
My cholesterol went up 10 points just watching this, and what is with the butter unwrapping; for crying out loud.
Horses for courses.
If you can’t talk while preparing your receipt you shouldn’t be on.
Butter too noisy, couldn't watch.
😂
That looks disgusting

Not exactly an appetizing recipe.
Voll Fett.
Kohl erst in Fett gebraten , Kartoffeln in fett in fett gebraten , das Hackfleisch in kein magerfleisch. 😮😮😮
Too much butter 👎 no thank you 😮
If you have heart problems just enjoy the video and never eat it!
Definitely didn't need to hear you unwrap that butter.
you have a wrapper fetish?
Super sensitive
Boring
Here we go with the wrappers AGAIN.
Объясните пожалуйста, в рецепте написано что сливочного масла 30 грамм, а в сковороде явно 0,5 кг плавает.

Thiught so too. 30g would have barely coated the pan base.lol
Вероятно, это было 60 грамм.
