  • In all Martial Arts, the feet are essential elements for executing techniques and movements. Moving them correctly demonstrates requires years of practice and involves a lot of attention to detail. Furthermore, good control over the movement of your feet will allow for longevity in your practice, including avoiding injuries.
    Here in this video, I introduce some mobility and strength exercises, as well as presenting the basic foot movements used in Aikido.
