As a mother of adult children, but not yet to the grandma stage of life….. Those smudges and finger prints on those windows are so important ❤ I wish I’d worried less and focused on the pure joy that things like watching equipment out a window brought my boys. My mother in law always said it’s the little things that bring you joy, enjoy them. I didn’t totally understand back then, but I sure do now ❤ I’ve said to many a frustrated momma , take time to enjoy it…. It will be gone way to quickly

Let the feelings come. I love seeing you use your freezer meals; that is why they are there for times of need. You could do a smaller garden next year. I also think you will be surprised how many volunteer plants you get next year without work.

Im so glad to see you slinging all the food. Survival mode is the best example of why to have mega and lots of freezer meals stocked. We never know what life will throw our way.
One advantage of marigolds is you may not have to save seeds, they will probably pop up next season like these happy flowers are want to do.

That garden isn't unproductive, it just doesn't look like what you would see in a magazine!
As well as feeding your gang it is now helping the wildlife and nature and if you don't garden next year, the ground will rest at fallow and be all the better for it. As you can have a rest and change, have a fallow low bandwidth season to recouperate and reassess.
The house changes are such a toil to go with as they're happening, but they will be a joy when done, look at how the big kitchen has enhanced things and I'm sure that was a glory pain at the time.
You're doing so well, I personally think about you, thousands of miles away such a lot. Making the best of life and it gives me hope for mine.

I love some fried green tomatoes! I don't grow a lot of tomatoes because I don't eat them on sandwiches, it's a texture thing.

I don't cook like you. I don't shop like you. I don't have big family like you. Only a five year old san. I watch your videos because of your smile and anesty. I worke like crazy to provide for my family leaving my self behind. When i am not ok nothing works right. Some times the auto pilot gets me through the day. From day one my life was difficult. My san gives me porpose . The dream is mine and only i can make it true. Hopes and dreams as you say are out there
Hang in there, Mega Momma. As a mother of a large family that also suffered traumas while I was raising my family, I can sympathize. My small children were a great motivation to keep on going as well as I could. God bless your family. Will keep on praying for you all.
Jamerill, my heart is heavy for you because I feel your pain in your voice. Each video you produce is both powerful and inspiring as you push through whatever it is, cowgirl up, and do what needs to be done. I can see it in your daily work and hear it in your voice. As an older woman, I know we have seasons and speaking to Jesus daily, getting up, showing up, doing what we need to do for family even in the most difficult seasons is a powerful message. I have been there, and I feel for you. Just keep doing what you are doing because we all need to see healing in progress sometimes. Prayers are with you and your family from all over the world at this time.
I think it’s fair to say your tears and grief and whatever you’re facing, have touched us here. I said out loud, as I watched you in the garden, “oh, don’t cry Jamerrill😓.” Just know, you have internet friends who care and are supporting you during this hard time🫶🏻

Oh my goodness! Survival mode! I GET that. Adopted three babies last year (a newborn baby boy and newborn twins) and my garden is in shambles! 😅😳 BUT, I wouldn’t trade these sweet babies for the world. ❤️ There are no milk cows being milked, no jars being canned, no gardens cleaned out, the apple trees are a mess and need pruning, and the list goes on!! Just trying to keep meals on the table and laundry going and kiddos happy and loved. Moments of humility God brings us through. 🙏🏻❤️

I have now 4 year old triplets and the first 2 years were like one other. My house was not kept how I prefer, I didn’t do any outdoor work, I don’t even remember what my husband and I ate… but I agree with you so much - those babies are worth it. Many blessings to you and your family!

I found it so encouraging as a special needs mama I feel so guilty when I don't have the bandwidth or emotional capacity to do all the extra things during the hard seasons, so this really encouraged me to not feel guilty and I am doing enough. Thank you for all you do. You have taught me a lot and your personality (the way you deal with things) has really helped me with a CB lot of different situations (raising grandchild, dealing with depression, etc)

Awww don’t cry. 😢 People Love you 😘 I Love you…💜 I lost my husband last month to an awful aggressive Bone Marrow Cancer. I’m super emotional right now, and I’ve discovered crying DOES really help. God created us with tear ducts for a reason. Not sure what’s happened but I can feel the hurt in your voice. I care and will put you on my prayer list for every day and night. Jesus is our hope, there is always Hope. 😘🙏🙏🙏💜

I have a sourdough starter which is called ‘Balthazar the destroyer of waistlines’ 😂. He lives on the counter and we bake more with discard than I do bread.
I have used a lot of your packs to make freezer meals for my family of five (but I usually and feeding extras) so I often freeze extra and it is helping right now when my husband and I have chest infections and the kids are 8 and under and we need to feed people.
Jamerrill, no one knows what you are going through, only that it’s devastating to you and life is very hard for you right now and yet you are still trying to give us all some videos to entertain and educate us so I for one would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart, I’m going through a rough patch with my depression that was getting scary bad and requiring lots of therapy and believe it or not your videos help occupy my thoughts and Stearns them away from the dark side so thank you. There just isn’t a polite way to say how I feel except CRAPPY, I hope both of our seasons take a detour to a brighter light. I will pray for you and wish good things for you! 🙏🏻💔❤️🇨🇦

I have been struggling for a while and to see you posting again just helps to remember that hard times come and go. Sometimes it can last longer then other times but we are all able to keep on keeping on if we aren't 100% ok. Thanks for the video.
I grew those same marigolds for the first time as well and they are stunning like yours!!! I have already seed saved a ton for next year!! My garden is like yours every year… there comes a time you can’t keep up. You are normal friend!!! ❤ praying for your heart during this time!
I think you will have volunteer potatoes, marigolds and even tomatoes etc as they fall to the earth and reseed themselves ❤

Fellow homeschool momma here, there is nothing wrong with utilizing different styles of curriculum to help your students grow and flourish. We do in person classes online and book based curriculum for my daughter and she thrives using all techniques. I sincerely hope there are no moms really trying to shame you for providing the best education you can for your kiddos❤

Garden plans may not have been what you envision in the summer but think how many little critters the overgrowth will bring for the kids to explore and observe (easy home school project 😊) they also can go out and see the life cycle of plants, veg and fruit. You could ask them to harvest seeds for you too xx

I had hopes and dreams in the spring for my garden, then during the summer hubby got a bad diagnosis and the garden got ignored. Last week I harvested what grew on its own, and pulled the rest out. Because of said diagnosis, we are having to move in a few weeks. No garden there, so starting a new season. The sun still rises every day, and I keep plugging along no matter whether there’s a garden or not. That’s what grocery stores are for.
I look forward to your videos. You are very talented in sharing your life and we wanting to share it with you. The Word of God says, that satan comes to steal, to kill and destroy everything, we have to be on guard, yet things happen that breaks our hearts. The Lord said He would never leave us or forsake us. He will carry our burdens. When you start to feel the burden heavy on your shoulders and in your heart, read Psalm 91 and Psalm 27. I believe you know His Word, but you are in a grieving state right now and need just to hear His Word for comfort. God bless you and your children

I make cauliflower pizza crusts and freeze in parchment paper. Equal parts parmesan cheese and shredded cauliflower, Italian seasonings and enough eggs to combine. I use fresh cauliflower and process it. Press into pizza crust sizes on parchment paper 1/4 inch thick. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until browned. Cool and freeze.
