- Today I’m sharing my aloe collection and care tips. With over 400 species of Aloes, there’s a plant for just about everyone. My Aloe collection consists of 9 specimens and each one is different in size, shape and color.
This succulent is so easy to grow and propagate. Just follow my care tips and you'll be fine.

We're staying in the Phoenix area. Just moving from an apartment to a house. This will give us more living space and a yard for the dogs. Plus more room for my plants! 😀

i got a star aloe today and it has red spikes. it’s absolutely beautiful and will hurt quite a bit if you touch the spikes too much

Your channel is awesome!! I love plants and flowers but I don't have a green thumb, I want to learn more about how to take care of my plants, not having my mom nearby is hard to do with no advice!! Have you seen a newer hybrid called "Blizzard"? Omgosh, its incredible! I've never had an aloe plant before and just ran across these at Home Depot today. They stopped me in my tracks, they were so gorgeous. It's actually patented and says propagation is prohibited! Lol.
Lovely collection. I think my fav is the partridge breast variegated. I have 2 but I’ve had problems with aphids. Thanks for sharing. Your dog is a cutie.

I have a aloe bremfolia, echeveria red tip, and haworthia fasciator
I bet you rarely get root rot in that area......:) That is what I struggle with, mine start off great, and then irreversible root rot sets in. I am currently trying again. No, I don't water until completely drive, perhaps I should leave them dry for a while?
Im actually starting my own aloe business where i sell the rarer aloes and succulents.

Thank you! I use store bought cactus mix and I add some more perlite to give it more drainage.

Hi. Can you tell me what are the uses of the gel from aloe squarrosa
I do not have that particular Aloe. But, in doing a quick google search I could not find any info that the gel is used for any purpose. Hope this helps.
Hi Carmen. Thanks for giving us the names of your pretty aloe. A couple of the ones you had and I also had they had called star aloe. The only one I have that you don't have is a Tikki aloe. Fast grower and is growing straight up. Very pretty. I enjoyed your video.

My aloe pink blush has some dried brownish tips, does this mean they got too dry or maybe sunburnt? I got the pup from someone giving them away. Thanks!
I had the same thing on mine and I realized it was a bit too much direct sun. Now she gets early morning sun for about an hour and then shaded. She has recovered nicely and is giving off pups now. Hope this helps.

What type of plant is the one in the blue and white coffee cup?
That is a Gasteria Little Warty. A very hard plant and does great indoors too.
Aloe that likes direct light and can take cold please?
My Aloe Vera plant has always been outside and can take direct sun with low temps in the winter.
Hi, *what kind of Substrate do you use for Aloe Snowflake?* 🤔
I use succulent substrate, but add perlite to help with the drainage.

@@emmanuellopez7960 I use either miracle-gro succulent mix, or Espoma brand. Both are very good. Hope this helps.
Why do you add stones on the top of your soil
The majority of the time It's to stabilize the plant if I've repotted it. Once stable, I will remove them.
*have any of your aloe's bloomed?
yes, many did bloom over the Summer. I'm hopeful they'll do the same again. Thanks so much for watching!
That is not Aloe Vera. I think it's Aloe Arborescens
