It’s frustrating, being a PT myself, there’s literally no one in my area who knows more than I do. So many people become trainers in a month long course. My original trainer, who I worked with for 10 yrs lives far away. He was a master at it and taught me so well. No ego. Just realistic.

Do you think it's possible to do a recomp (high protein+weights+calorie maintenance) if ive been a gym goer for 2 years, but not super consistently (used to go like once a week) I mean, since Jan thisbyear ive been super consistent and just wondering if i could recomp if i maintein that lifestyle, which im very ready for now. Loving your content btw! ❤
I had to come back and tell you that the part about giving it your all while exercising was so helpful!! I exercise at home and many times I will be low energy and will not push myself very hard. I always tell myself that at least it is better than nothing :) today I did a full body workout and gave it my all thanks to you and I feel so good!! Mentally and physically :) thank you so much for guiding us :)❤️

What could I do to lift my bum more? New to the gym and I am quite overwhelmed with what shoulda be my go to leg workouts
Donkey kicks, hip thrust, lunges (front and back) dead lifts, etc
