Stunning! This makes me excited creatively. Such work has been spent to make this simple, understandable & friendly. Elements of auto finding the rootkey is a gem for those of us who are ignorant to the academic scales, yet still have rhythmic/melodic mind & spirit. Thank you once again, as always an excellent tutorial, your damn good at it sir.
This isn't critical and I know it can be done in numerous other ways, but I really like the interface and portability you've developed so I have to ask. Is it possible to export the created multisample into an sf2 file in addition to the PCM file? It would be great to export and pop multisamples creations into my hardware synths that import sf2 files or other. Great app! One of the best I've ever seen. THANK YOU!!!
The (old) soundfont support code I found doesn't really support writing .SF2s, only reading so I'd have to write it all from scratch, and I can't see myself doing this just for fun. sorry.
Thank you for creating Caustic. I'm so blown away by how great this app sounds, keep up the good work! I hope you add pitch bend and more track capability for a future update. Would be nice to be able to use more instruments, and perform pitch bend automation.
Just bought this arp cause it looks really good and sounds good , be4 this I used figure by the reason guys and that app is a piece of piss to make cool little tunes with but no very indept , as I have used reason for a view years I think I should be able to get used to castic because it reminds me of reason. The way it's layer out , the only thing it's missing in my eyes is some form of modulation for some of the envelops on the synths
I've a quick question. I recorded some rave stabs and short vocals off some vinyl. I recorded them onto laptop with audacity and saved them as wav. after transferring them to my tablet they load in to the pcm and sound great. the problem I have is attack decay suspense and release don't work so I have to mould it in the wave editor with fade in and out typa thing. Is this the only option for me or is there a way I'd be able to use these functions? any advice/help would be much appreciated. thanks
I always use metronome when recording my vocals, but at the end of the recording, I still hear the sound of the metronome. It's highly ridiculous!! Please, try to mend it.
