- Legendary rocker Paul Stanley shares an irresistible recipe for Brussels sprouts. As Paul claims, even if you hate Brussels sprouts, you'll love these. The recipe brings out the flavor of the sprouts by combining Prosciutto, dried cherries, and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
Back in '79 when I first heard about Kiss, bought "Dynasty" and saw them on stage in Paris later the same year I never imagined I'd ever see Paul Stanley cooking in his kitchen one day...When I was a kid I saw them as rock gods or superheroes but all things considered I enjoy seeing him cook :) that makes him more human and down to earth...
Paul Stanley is top notch! Just a great guy ! I jammed with Kiss during the Kiss conversations during their stop here in Montreal signing Love Gun ! This is a truly genuine guy !!

Does he take beano prior to eating the fart balls? I knew stanley eisen when he has eating burgers with gene while performing in dive bars in NYC. I am MORE creative in my kitchen...would love a hallmark channel appearence...have a Joan Rivers sense of humour....have a great shrimp and lobster sauce recipe....yum!

I'm not a fan but I'm tempted to try this that looks good! Lol and his kids are blessed to grow up with refined palates lol when I was young it was mostly hot dogs, Mac n cheese, pizza and sandwiches lol oh and spaghettios

When 1 was 13 and obsessed with Kiss in Australia with limited exposure to these rock gods ,if you told me I would be watching Paul Stanly cook Brussel sprouts ,when I was 56 ,I would have to you you were insane.

I’m not a huge kiss fan though I do like some of their tunes but I’ve always found Paul to be very engaging with his interviews and stuff like this, he grafted and worked hard so fair play to the bloke.
1:56 the only issue i have ever had with this video for years is that the hosts are confusing pancetta for bacon- prosciutto, which paul is using to be clear, is nothing like either of those
I'm gonna try to make the brussel sprouts this Thanksgiving! Although I'll probably substitute the pretuito for Turkey bacon and the cherries for cranberries

And the finest ingredients for Kiss is Paul, Gene, Ace and Peter. The others are good too, but originals were best!
