I hope you enjoy this compilation! I wish you peaceful holidays🥰 ❣FYI, this tier list includes all titles that I felt comfortable ranking. I have tried a couple more cozy games, yet I didn’t feel confident enough ranking them just yet. I would need more time to form a more well-rounded opinion on them. Here are the titles that didn’t make it into this video: - Europa - Last Time I Saw You - Sunset Hills - A Guidebook of Babel - Hot Springs - Lightyear Frontier - Mythwrecked: Ambrosia Island - Towers of Aghasba - Cornucopia - Tavern Talk - Little Known Galaxy - Caravan Sandwitch - Bloomtown - Another Code: Recollection
Happy Holidays, Migui!!💖 I'm glad you enjoyed my list; I'm always worried I'm either being too soft or too harsh. 😂 We have so much to look forward to next year!! I can't wait to explore the new releases and discuss them with you all 🥰
this list would probably be my list too if i had played more cozy games this year (no i haven't played pocket camp yet but i will)😂😂 but yeah i liked creatures of ava , infinity nikki and sunny side despite its flaws. nice list miki and yes i hope 2025 will be better for cozy gamers.
Hehe, join the dark si-... I mean, the cozy side, goku!!🤭 I hope you're going to like Pocket Camp! (Did you enjoy New Horizons??) You seem to have a similar taste like me; that's great! Thank you for sharing your input! I can't wait to explore what's to come in 2025 together with you guys 🥰
I really hope to get Ova Magica while it's still in Early Access. I actually love the aesthetic (but I can see why others wouldn't be into it). Heck, I even drew out my OC for the game (I know I am hooked if I do something like that). Called her Amethyst since all of the chars are named after stones or gems lol. Fields of Mistria was my most anticipated game of 2024, I did the demo, and bought the game Day 1 of Early Access since I was saving the remainder of my steam money for it lol. Needless to say, despite the game still being in development, it's my fav of the year (out of the games which are completed or in early access, I never count demos, it wouldn't be fair).
Aww, I love that for you!! And yes ofc, it's completely valid to love Ova Magica's art style. I can totally see the appeal too - it's vibrant and cute for sure! It's nice that you're having so much fun with it already, and I hope you get to enjoy the Early Access version (: Fields of Mistria really is such a great game, especially as an Early Access title, it had a very polished feel to it despite not being a finished game.
Oh, I had Coral Island in the back of my mind for sure!! It's undeniably a great game 🤭 The only reason why it's not on my list is that I played it last year haha
Critter Cafe being D tier is so sad. The game failed miserably to be enjoyable even for a 2 year old kid. I hope the devs learn from this experience that cute graphics alone is not enough to make a good cozy game.
I really appreciate people like you and CloudySkies that review games honestly. It helps those of us that don’t do this for a living/those of us with very limited gaming time.
I hope so too!! As much as I was trying to enjoy it; the game has obvious shortcomings. I'm usually the nicest I can be about those things, but this is just a fact.
I don’t even know what to comment about because this list is basically 100% how I felt about the games I played myself So thank you for confirming I like\dislike the same things as you I guess? 😂❤
That's great to hear!! I often feel worried that I'm not being reasonable enough, because I sometimes do feel biased due to nostalgia, love for the visual design or empathy for the devs.😂 Which ones have you played? Or which ones did you skip? 🤭
That's great! I hope they can draw more attention to their game as they are rolling out new updates. Many Early Access projects tend to be forgotten after launch despite their continuous efforts.
I love to hear that, thank you!!😍 That's such a good point, the items aren't only pretty, they are also functional and it's lovely to see the villagers interact with them. In that department, acnh does feel like a downgrade, for sure! I hope they will do better for the next ac game, because I love this franchise so much 🥺
I really wanted to give this one a try, because the gameplay looked quite fun. But I couldn't overlook the visual style. I'm pretty sure the vibrant colors & cutesy art could appeal to other players; it just wasn't for me. Thank you for sharing your opinion! - I'm glad I'm not the only one 🥰
Of these games, I've tried Fields of mistria, plum Grove and Chef rpg. Chef RPG was terrible and disappointing. I don't think this game will ever be finished. I didn't like plum Grove at all. The graphics alone are a Nope for me and the pace is too slow. Fields of mistria is a great game and I'm glad it was here to save 2024 from being awful. It still does have a long way until it's finished but even as it is right now it's looking really good. This is the first time I hear about go go town, and I might give it a try now.
I hope you enjoy this compilation! I wish you peaceful holidays🥰

Happy Holidays, Cloudy! What a great list! I agree so much with Chef RPG! I was so disappointed! Hopefully next year we get better games!

I can't stop playing Mistria still :))
It's such an addictive game fr!! Are you still making progress in the story or by levelling up? Or are you a decorator? hehe
@@CloudySkiesGaming I am just chilling doing bits of everythin, fishing, decorating, talking to villagers, gathering collections for museum %)
great video, thanks
I'm so glad you enjoyed it!! Thank YOU☺️💗

I think for me Coral Island was the best cozy game I played this year, with just another big update it'll one of my fave cozy games of all time.

luckily Reka isnt finished yet and theyre currently looking to increase their team

Agree with your s tier! I like acpc more than nh bc the villagers interact with objects.
I love to hear that, thank you!!😍

you should try Coral Island
@@anggi2933 I've played it last year!! It's a great game 🥰
Agreed with the art direction for Ova Magica. I didn’t get too far when I uninstalled it-I just didn’t like the art direction.
