The part about how his dad treated him was so sad, black men need to heal and unpack childhood traumas, so that they’ll be able to give themselves, their children and wives a different narrative. I am so sorry to every black man who’s never heard their dad tell them that they love them.
So true my sister, but I think it is not only Black Men that need to heal. Rather just us as a black society regardless of our gender, because we've been through a lot as Black people, especially during our upbringing.

Then moved to R14,000 per month... the 2nd highest salary in the next team.
I love these honest chats about money. Things I've always craved from soccer players, DJs, actors, musicians and even popular professions like law, medicine, accounting & engineering.
Because ppl aren't honest, so many lies and disinformation go around... and mislead kids.
I remember I was very young and didn't understand pretty much anything but the media made me understand that am supposed to hate Modise. Man this guy is a geniuses, he is nothing the media portrait him to be and we give thanks to Mac because he helps us understand these HUMAN better.

Having read his biography, I thought I knew his life. i realize now the book did not scratch the surface. this is such an eye opener. He truly bared his soul.
As a fan ya Orlando Pirates I've always loved Teko, during his time he really changed Orlando Pirates for the good. To me he is a legend. After this interview I like him even more. Wow mara the cult story is freaky. People out here really selling souls to the devil.
You can't sell a soul. The truith is these are just scammers (I would add "proffessionals" at their craft) who target people with money. Unfortunatly many do fall for these scams but are too embarrased to share their stories. People lose millions here.

Listening to this podcast it really reminds me that never judge anyone without knowing his/her side of the story because i think we were fed with different stories from what Teko is telling......Very encouraging that no one should give up in life
