I want to save for a few characters and Scar is among them. I think i'm gonna cry if I can't get him, Geshu and Camellya. I hope we see Scar soon, the end of the 1.1 gave us some hints about him. The VA seems like such a sweet guy, glad to see some of the bts of all the process of voice acting.
If it makes you feel any better, I doubt Scar will be playable soon. Just bcs he is hinted to be reintroduced in the story again doesn't make it a good moment to make him playable in that very patch. Kuro will make a decent enough story to make him playable to be logical so you definitely have a long while to save for him as long as you dont pull in the meantime :)
You killed it in the role of Scar. You are now one of those VAs I search for in other projects, strictly based on how much I enjoyed Scar. That's your break-out role, I'd say. 😁 I look forward to what you do next.

Oh wow, that's absolutely crazy. And honestly, Shai would make a great Scar cosplayer. Thanks for this interview. I'm really interested in the voices behind the characters. There is no way I would play a game that only had AI-generated voices. The connection to the community is the icing on the cake. And all the memes about all the great games that only come about because a VA did a fantastic job. And moments like this often happen when a VA is free to decide to make the character their own. Developers would just be stupid to replace that with AI. They would lose more money than what they pay for good VA.
The voice acting of WuWa was kinda so-so in the beginning but when I tell you... *This man Scar stole the entire show.* I can't wait to see more of him in-game.
When I first played Wuwa.. I thought I wouldn’t like Scar based in spoilers & his looks but man. I instantly fell in love when I met him in the game😭💖 I now ship him with my precious Female Rover
Shai is an absolutely amazing voice actor and I’m so glad he’s finally getting the attention that he deserves. He has such an interesting and unique voice that really fits scar’s character. I think he did an amazing job and I hope he continues to grow!
My favorite voice in Wuwa! He saved the 1.0 patch for me! Now every patch, all I want is a quest to break Scar out of prison! Devs need to give Scar back to us so we can hear his voice some more!

He's done incredible work in previous games too. One of them is Sylvando in Dragon Quest 11 which is a really fun and delightful character
