- We got intel of the first catfish stock of 2023 at Hansen Dam Lake, so we decided to hit it, and we were not disappointed. Bite was hot as soon as we got there. Cut bait and ultralight gear was the antidote once again. Thanks again to all for the love and support shown to The Valley Angler. Really helps him to stay motivated on this his fishing journey.
