When adjusting the shoulder straps (2:00), you need to pull the webbing TOWARDS THE BABY, not down. Just a tip, as you seem to be struggling with this one.
@aliciajmendoza @aliciajmendoza Hi Alicia. Thanks for the nice comments, really appreciate! Many moms ask about that "straddle" position and concerned about the babies comfort. Many carriers are simliar in that regard, including the Beco, the Boba. It is recommended that the baby be in a "seated" or "frog like" position for maximum comfort and safety, so check this position. If the baby seems happy you are likely on target. Angie
thanks for the demo! i already have an ergo carrier for my little son who is almost 4 months old now. i used the infant insert for a while, which was great. but he is now too big for it (plus it's too hot now). only thing is that he's still a little small, and so i don't feel that it's very comfortable for him to straddle his legs open that widely when doing the front position. any suggestions on what to do? it'd help me for work esp if i was able to "wear" him during the day. thanks!
Great video! I'm glad I watched this I've been trying to research on who to better use my Ergo. Thank you so much! Ergo is the best especially the padded straps that provide support!!
The baby legs aren't too spaced out? I find that I see a lot of mothers using this carrier but the legs look as tho they are in a split? Looks very unsettling I saw that you pushed the babies legs a a proper forward position. Just need to know the benefits before buying one for the baby comfort
I love this invention it's sooooo comfortable and bb loves it!!!! It's a must have

You forgot to use the safety elastic at the waist to have extra security. Just thought I'd mention it. Your shop looks adorable!

I'm not sue give Angie a call at her shop!
You're not a baby though.. this is actually the most comfortable for a baby to be in when being carried like this.

Hehehe.. I think she needs to watch the tutorial video. Those shoulder straps are MUCH easier to pull forward rather than down :)

I bought this and it's junk.
Kid cries every time because it hurts his legs.
Complete waste of money.
Don't even risk buying this piece of crap.
