Turkish Doner Kebab Written Recipe : Ingredients: For Meat: Meat (thinly sliced) 1 kg Yogurt 250 grams Salt 1 teaspoon Onion water 1 cup Milk 1 cup Meat tenderizer powder 2 tbsp Lamb fat 250 grams For the Grilled Vegetable: Big green chillies 8 Onion (big cubes) 1 (big) Tomatoes (cut into four pieces) 3 Capsicum (big cubes) 2 Sumac powder 2 tbsp Onion Sliced 1 (large) Tomato Sliced 3 Salt 1 teaspoon For the pickle: Green chillies 4 Carrot (sliced) 1 Garlic 6 cloves Vinegar 1 cup Salt 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder 1 tbsp Whole Weight tortilla 8 Method : Put all the ingredients on the meat and marinate it for 4 hours. Now fry the meat in lamb fat Bake at 250C for 20 minutes. Then take out the slices and keep them aside. Now grill the vegetables on a skewer cook for 5 minutes on the stove and keep aside. For the salad, add sumac powder to tomato and onion and mix. For the pickle, add all the ingredients in one cup of water and cook well for 5 minutes. To serve, place the whole wheat chapati on a plate.
