i hope you enjoy this video of attempting to have a christian girl glow up! I was in a slump but wanted to get back to study my Bible in the morning, improve my working out and healthy habits, and overall productivity. In 2023 I really want to make an effort to consistently wake up early, do bible study, cook healthy meals, work out, journal, go on prayer walks and spend time in Christian community! I’ve been in a major slump all of 2022. I didn’t connect w/ God at all. Yesterday I went to my Church’s New Year’s eve Service and I cried out to Him. I felt God with me. After watching this video, I feel so inspired to have a Holy Girl YEAR! Thank you Ashley for blessing so many people.

Same, I was in depression for 2022 and a half of 2023 because i didn't feel connected to my friends and felt like I was abnormal, especially after quarantine they've all grown up differently to me and behave in a way that's not pleasing to God. I realized that, but I didn't ask God for help and to give me christian friends. Thankfully I've reconnected with him and feel more at peace since watching this channel.

Aww🥺😭am bawling yes, because the moment you read out those verses 1peter5:7&Philippians 4:6, HOLY SPIRIT touched me and I can't hold back my tears, Yesterday's you know that am in the state of unconsciousness, worrying, stressed, depressed and pain all over my body, but suddenly I heard God whispered n speaks to me through these verse..Then, i bowed on my knees and prayed that God can delivered me from all these pain and yes, instantly it was all gone,🙏🏻🥺The eternal peace that comes from God was soo soooo³ peace(unexplainable)🕊️🕊️🤍 am much much grateful for God mercy and also he had strengthen my faith to believe in him

Testimony To Encourage Others:
I had an acquaintance who initiated a conversation with me, and I responded but the individual read the message and did not respond.
The next time I talked to them I went completely off because I was extremely upset, and the individual was a tad dismissive about it which did upset me further.
About a couple of days later I was reading through the book of Proverbs (I use the Woman’s Study Bible by Thomas Nelson which has a lot of great excerpts and notations specifically for women) and I got to a portion where it talked about Inappropriate Anger.
I was completely blown away, and I couldn’t do anything but laugh because clearly the Lord was speaking to me; He wanted to show me that there is a way to respond to things and how I handled that situation was inappropriate.
Needless to say, I reached out to the individual and apologized on how I handled the situation with them. Ladies, don’t forget that we all fall short sometimes but it’s all about how we handle and resolve the issue at hand, we can’t go back and change anything but we can strive for a better tomorrow!

I love this idea! I’ve been seeing the 75 hard challenge videos and I’d like to do that BUT as a personal conviction I don’t like to get too involved in health and fitness because I have the tendency to place that before the Lord if I let it get out of hand. This is great because it’s including God in a disciplined challenge. I’ll be praying these next few days about this, thank you so much for your time you’ve put into creating this challenge.
