Unfortunately, we bought an EDCO Arrowline roof. While the material seems to be good, customer service is between poor and non-existent. We ordered the material in June, and it took 2 months to get the original order, which was delivered to the wrong distributor. Our contractor hadn't ordered all the materials he needed, so over a month ago, placed a subsequent order for items needed to complete the project. To date, we have received no response from EDCO about where the materials are, and have suffered serious water damage in the house due to the fall rains which have now started. I wouldn't use EDCO again.
