I just dont understand why with all the red flags from Jeffrey Dahmer, that his family and police turned a blind eye? I watched some of the Netflix's series of Jeffrey Dahmer and I cried and was so frustrated with almost everyone around him.

Does Jimmy Carter’s cabinet just have a thing for serial killers? Rosalynn Carter met Jim Jones and John Wayne Gacy and then Walter Mondale speaks with Jeffrey Dahmer.
The guy they meant in the beginning was the only victim that survived. Due to his escape, Dahmer was caught. You mean his 14 year old victim, who also ran away but got brought back into Dahmer‘s apartment by the police, after Dahmer convinced them he was his lover. Dahmer killed him after that.

The "guy" that the police helped bring back was a child. Not a grown man. I didn't read the comments but I'm guessing I'm not the first that has stated this.
Why does everyone blame only the police for this going on so long? I live in Milwaukee and was in high school when he got arrested. It was years in the making of people to be blamed for not catching it - family, attorneys and judges in his earlier brushes with the law, neighbors, psychologists, psychiatrists, on and on. He was smart and excellent at fooling people. Why else would victims be so willing to go back to his apartment? He was a great talker clearly.
You forgot to mention the guy that escaped but were brought back to Jeff was a BOY, a 14-YEAR-OLD BOY He drugged him, drilled a hole on his skull while he's still conscious, and injected acid into his brain. The boy was lucky enough to run away and asked for help but those policemen gave him back to the monster. Truly heartbreaking.

The cops didn’t want to really have to deal with that situation and they would’ve just believed him. I think he was ready to be caught and I’m glad he was. His terror finally came to an end.
He was not ready, he was still missing a few pieces for his altar. He just wasn’t that bright, serial killers tend to not be that smart… people just like to think they are since they get away with so much for many years.
@@dione2610 the fact he didn't do much in trying to divert the police at his apartment, it's like his other conscious of "this is enough, I'm done" kicked in. While being interviewed in prison, he openly stated that it was better for him to be kept in prison because if let go, he would still carry on killing more people.
@@dione2610 that was a British guy like Dahmer who got caught in a week.. I'm not saying he was a genius but to act like..
@@dione2610 "serial killers tend to not be that smart… people just like to think they are since they get away with so much for many years." Thats not true. There are lot of dumb serial killers, but the ones like dahmer, ted bundy, gacy, were intelligent.
@@kogerugaming how was dahmer intelligent? He just got away for so long by pure luck.
I watched an interview with his roommate from the army and he said that he was a very evil and abusive bully.
He didn’t come off like one in interviews
My mom grew up in Madison, WI around the time of that happening and said evwrybody was horrified and wouldn't let their kids go out much
"Dahmer called Ace Hardware" (in the 80s) *CARTOON HOLDING A SMARTPHONE TO HIS EAR*
It’s always weird to be reminded he was raised through his childhood and teen years raised in my home state. And in the county above mine, (he was in Summit, I was in Stark). I’m just glad I was born in the mid 80s and not a man.
As a kid I use to attend summer school a few blocks away from his apartment complex (it was demolished for some months at the time) and one day we took a walk around the neighborhood and once we got to that area where we seen a fence area it would smell like ROTTON EGGS, MEAT, JUST HORRIBLE!!!
Me and other kids would get sick.
Crazy moment but I still wonder to this day, how can a demolish apartment smell that way and nothing was there but bricks and rocks?? Weird
It is quite weird. Im assuming it had already been a couple years since dahmers arrest since then?
Can't wait for the next episode Shane!
It's so hard to keep up with the infographics show, there's a new episode every week but it's so good.

Jeffery Dahmer creeps me out and gives me shivers....

My question is if a victim said he was held captive in an apartment why on earth would police take the victim back to the apartment?? 🤔 wouldn’t it make more sense to take the victim to the hospital and for the police to go to the apartment themselves.
To identify him
I just dont understand why with all the red flags from Jeffrey Dahmer, that his family and police turned a blind eye? I watched some of the Netflix's series of Jeffrey Dahmer and I cried and was so frustrated with almost everyone around him.
I think because they dont care and he obviously neglectful son by his parent and police officer obviously a racist.
@@Mariamarcelino31 ok, SJW
Watched a documentary on him right before viewing this information here by infographics. I must say that this monster's character and demeanor simply sends chills down my spine!!
Does Jimmy Carter’s cabinet just have a thing for serial killers? Rosalynn Carter met Jim Jones and John Wayne Gacy and then Walter Mondale speaks with Jeffrey Dahmer.
Sometimes I still ask myself what if the cops didn't open the fridge
I love this channel. So sad about all his victims.
It wasn’t a “guy” that escaped and got took back by the police. It was a child.
I always think “nobody could get away with something like that in ‘today’s’ world” ...but oh, oh how awfully wrong I am.

Just so you know Tony Podesta has "art", a gold statue of one of Dahmers victims hanging from ceiling in his home. Now why would someone have something like that!? Also, search pictures of Podesta Art. They say art imitates life.
Trust me, people are aware. It sickens me even thinking about it.
His friends all left him cuz of college, they knew he was weird but didn’t think much of him, and about the “doing a dahmer” that whole thing caused his friends to create a Fan Club for Him
What was Jeffrey Dahmers favorite ice cream ???
Ben and Jerry
😄😄😄😄
He did some messed up stuff. He really only wanted someone around only obviously that took an extreme turn. At least they finally caught him. Rip to his victims.

So A-1 Steak sauce does go with everything! 😂
It’s the only thing that can salvage an over cooked steak.
He just wanted some Ben and Jerry's that's all.
Also every Tom, Dick, and Harry.
The grosses part of this whole story by far is the A1 steak sauce
I know. Meat tastes much better with Heinz 57!
imagine if the cops where good back then
Doesn't seem like things have really changed

Wait ✋ he had surveillance cameras i never knew that 😳
You forgot to mention the guy that escaped but were brought back to Jeff was a BOY, a 14-YEAR-OLD BOY
He drugged him, drilled a hole on his skull while he's still conscious, and injected acid into his brain. The boy was lucky enough to run away and asked for help but those policemen gave him back to the monster. Truly heartbreaking.
What stood out to me that I find interesting is, the fact his mom became depressed, bed ridding, catching seizures after having him. Maybe he was that bad of a demonic seed to the point it even affected her. Something to think about.
But his mom was also depressed even before he did anything bad
@@udwin101 That's my point. His spirit was bad. Her spirit probably picked up on that early on. Before he started acting out these demonic things.
ouuuu I said the same thing literally, humanly and spiritually are one, what u pick up on affects the body before u feel or know the effects mentally, so my theory is definitely in agreement with you!!
