Hey guys, here's an easy cascading side swept hair style that's perfect for proms and parties. I always love using hair accessories to glam up my hairstyles and as you can see, it does make a difference! Thanks so much for watching! Hope everyone is enjoying their holiday!

Aw, I'm sorry I didn't do any new videos this week for prom but I'm glad you found this one. It's one of my favorites. I wore it to a staff Christmas party that year and everyone loved it. :D

@Bebexo012 I only use two methods for heatless curls. 1. French braid your hair before bed. 2. Use flex foam rods. I rarely use these methods though because I don't sleep well with things in my hair.
No, I don't need hair spray for everyday curls. My favorite finishing spray is Whitesands infinity hair spray. I use it when I want extra volume and bounce. :)

@SweetSassyShawty I use a deep repair mask 2-3 a week to restore the natural state of my hair and it works!
This is the conair you curl XL. Not to be mistaken for the regular one that will give you tighter curls. :)

this style totally helps hold side parts way better! i'd say it's a sophisticated version of side cornrows. tysm!

Thank you for this great video! I did an interesting twist on it. Instead of pulling it to one side, I did two of these twists on both sides of my head and put it in a half-up half-down. It was adorable!

I don't own a barrel so I made this look with my babyliss 1 1/2 inch iron and it work as well :) I'm going to have this look for my sis in law wedding next week!

I did this with my medium/short length hair for a semi-formal and I got SO many compliments on it. Thank you for showing such an easy yet impressive hair tutorial!
One thing, though. I had a little trouble with my hair poofing/getting a little loose when trying to separate the pony tail to flip it under. Is there a trick to keeping it tight? I only needed to use like 2 bobby pins, but it'd be nice to know how to keep it nice without needing to use the pins.
