It's not very good. You could cut that aluminium rod by hand in MUCH less time. The fore and aft rocking is bad, because it means only a few teeth are cutting at any one time, instead of all teeth within the rod being worked. It appears from the sound that the blade is vibrating on the back stroke, but it is difficult to tell if this is the cutting stroke or not. Chips are pushed out in both strokes, which is what you get with a rocking action. If cutting is efficient, you'll only get chips coming out on the cutting stroke.
I admire the work that has gone into the saw but it is missing the basic principle of lifting the blade on the non cutting stroke which is usually performed by way of a cam arrangement. Having the rocking action is not enough to stop the blade dragging on the metal and will quickly wear out the blade. I have just rebuilt a 1963 Shima power hacksaw, the engineering is very simple but highly efficient with it’s 18 inch 10tpi blade it will cut through 6 inch stock in minutes.
I love it! Do you have any plans or the 3d files available?

Magnifique !👍
A very good build sir. You need a very course blade for metal that size.
Vraiment super.
Very very very excellent👍👍👍✋🌹🌹🌹

Beautiful but not effective...
