Nice shave Mark. Very cool looking razor. Haven't used my scuttle for a while but, with near 80 degrees forecasted for tomorrow, I will wait. Lately I have just wetted my face between passes instead of a full rinse. It does a great job and brings up the slickness for the next pass. Have a great weekend. 👍

I have had one of these for about a year and a half. It works great. It's the dreamscape so different color. The enamel has flaked off in 1 little spot with a few other cracks

Great video and review. This is on my next purchase list for Phoenix. Been using the little travel one and the size is just a bit too small. I have a 3d printed bowl with that lip design in it and it is a noticeable improvement on keeping the lather in the bowl. Thanks again for the review.

A scuttle has an inner chamber where it holds hot water. This hot water surrounds the lathering bowl area heating it up, thus resulting in a warm lather.:) The Spacescape product page has a nice picture showing the cross-section of a scuttle:
