Sorry but I have a problem with this. At 15 years of age I was manipulated into a similar situation and repeatedly raped. As someone who lives in Portland, they're right. 82ave, Sandy blvd, MILK blvd, are loaded with nude dancing, prostitutes, adult bookstores. It's ridiculous how many of these places there are.
