Why do they so often put fridges and freezer next to an oven. It's ridiculous. The cold appliances have to work so much harder to keep cool. I have never understood the ridiculous positioning of those appliances in so many homes.
I think it is just for show but definitely if you are considering buying can bring it up with the redrow team sure they’ll be happy to help ☺️

This house is fabulous but the two small bedrooms upstairs are a massive letdown!!
Such a spacious house to then not have good sized bedrooms is a big no no.
They should have at least done 3 good sized bedroom instead of 2 singles. Omg
Don’t think they should have had the double doors into the kitchen as it’s a waste of the wall space.
Could have made good use of that in the living room. REDROW get it so wrong often

It is just for show it gets converted once all homes are purchased 🥰
Looks a big gap under the left side of the garage door, perhaps that’s for a corgi model car
