Mads, I know you’ve mentioned about wanting to gain weight and get your period back. Whilst everyone is different, I lost my period for a year and the things that helped me were reducing stress on my body (I dropped my weights, stopped HIIT and did lots of walking and Pilates) and also made sure I had lots of healthy fats in my diets so increased the amount of nuts I was eating, dark chocolate and fish and also saw you opted for 0% fat Greek yogurt which is an easy switch to make, I think diet culture has made us all naturally gravitate towards the reduced fat/no fat option and if you eat pretty clean anyway it’s good to get those fats in! Part of a balanced and healthy diet the same way protein and carbs are 🫶🏼 not sure if that helps but a lot of people just say ‘eat more’ but sometimes you’re eating enough but just not balancing it in a way that is good for your body x

Cantu gel (massive tub, trust me I was not convinced either) Evo leave in conditioner, it’s like a spray and Evo curl balm (smells unreal, little pricy but worth it).
