This was my very first LV bag ever, and sadly it was one of those “fomo” purchases for me. I ended up selling this one. Thanks for posting your thoughts on this! 🙂 I find this style to be trendy imo. Surprisingly I like an underrated LV style and it’s called the “Boulogne” that one is what I want the most according to my lifestyle.
I spent countless hours weighing my options for my 1st LV purchase and decided on the Boulogne in monogram/black. I absolutely looooove that bag! It’s so functional with the strap configurations and the chain makes it just beautiful. I want this one sometime in the future because the strap that adjusts by snaps plus the chain make it very appealing.
Thank you for this in depth review! This bag is on my radar and possibly on my wish list. The size of the original was always an issue for me. If I decide to purchase it then the price is not an issue for a bag that I will use. And I think this one I can see myself using a lot. TFS ❤🎉😊
Hi Jo! I absolutely love this bag and keep going back and forth about adding it. I just dont think I would use that chain. I have no hesitation getting the smaller versions for a higher price but added chains or straps that I don’t need for a higher price bothers me. 😂 Great review! 🥰🥰🥰
Haha! I love that the strap is removable-I’ve used it on other bags too! For me, part of what goes into price is the functionality-if it’s the style I like, I’d rather pay more for a size I will use! That said, there are plenty of other bags around this size I bet you could find to scratch the itch at a lesser price! Thanks for watching 💗💗

Her response was that just because it's smaller, it doesn't mean a lot of work wasn't put into it. I love this version, but I ended up with another Pochette Metis instead in emperiente monogram leather.

Well, just a thought…. Actually two thoughts…. One, I’ve heard that when making smaller items, such as SLGs, it takes more skill. The smaller tighter corners. That’s why SLGs can be pricey too. And second, they added a chain strap. I’m sure the two thoughts that I mentioned can be debatable. I’m just putting it out there for food for thought. Thank you for your video. Very enlightening. It cracked me up 😂when you brought your husband’s phone with his case. That case looked like an eighteen wheeler tire!! Watch out, probably can use that as a weapon. The perpetrator would have tire marks on their face. 🤣🤣🤣❤❤❤ thanks again.

How do u feel about the new toiletry bag on a chain? I purchased a dupe from DUYP and it’s roomy and slim so I may purchase the LV one for around $1700. That is a great price for LV and the leather is treated! No worries w the rain. I’d love ur thoughts. Thank u and I love ur videos:) I just can’t pay that amount of money for the pm east west Anita
I have the OG toiletry 26 and I used to convert it into a bag all the time! They also have a trio set they just released that seems to be a good deal as well. I would recommend checking out @aimereluxurycollections -she has great conversion kits for the toiletry bags. I love bags that you can use multiple ways! Thanks for watching!💗
Of course depending on someone’s budget, the cost of the bag is very subjective if it’s worth it. I contradict myself all the time. I enjoy watching lux channels like yours. I live vicariously through content creators experiences of owning lux items. But for me to spend lux price on a bag….ummmm….let me overthink that 1000x…. 😆

It is the bigger one and I was wondering how much of a size difference there was between the one I have and the intense one that is smaller and more comparable to the size of a lipstick. Would you happen to have both to compare?
Hi there! I do have both and to be honest once I got the smaller one I haven’t really used my larger one anymore! Even though the cost is likely more per fl oz for the smaller version, it fits so much better in my bags so I find it to be more usable for me!

The new bags don’t have a serial/date code and instead have a hidden micro chip! You can’t see it, but if you bring it to a store they can scan it!
