y'all can bring up how they had a hit and were on TV shows but the truth is this band wrote some of the most unbelievable pop/power-pop songs of the 2000's and 2010's and will never truly get the recognition they deserve for it. adam schlesinger was a genius songwriter

The vast majority of which were non-mainstream, and he would absolutely blast music throughout our company's intercoms, which was a very large and respected cooperation throughout our state mind you. This was one song I was introduced to and digged it. When I found out it was about his dog, that was cool! I had a Rat Terrier for 17 and a half years. Every time I, or we would arrive home, he would already be standing upwards on a couch up against a window looking out losing his mind, happy that we were home. He passed away in 2013, and we buried at our family's plot at the cemetery in a nice little casket at the feet-end of my deceased brother. We all miss our little buddy so much! He literally had a personality, or dogality I should say, I guess. Haha. ⚘ Rest in Paradise Trigger! 🐕

I'm a single mom, my baby's dad hit me for the first time about a month before my little girl was born, and the second time it came, I ran, knowing I had to protect my little girl from this monster. I had to run to my parents house for the night, but I left my stuff at home so I had to stop by the rite-aid to buy a toothbrush to use for the next few days, and this song came on the radio in the store. 3 years later, Julie's my everything and I'd never make it through without her around.
I haven't heard much Fountains Of Wayne before (with the exception of Staceys Mom of course!) and when I came across this I loved it!! I am usually into more rocky stuff like "Bowling For Soup" but I love this!! Keep up the good work FOW!
