This video is a daily vlog chronicling my rehab journey as I heal from a femoral neck stress fracture, and make my way back to running marathons. Thanks for watching and as always, "Run Tall, Run Strong, and Be Kind to Each Other!"

You can run again, Tim. Excellent news. Like from Spain. A nice weekend for everyone.
Thanks Manuel. I always appreciate your positive comments!!!
Good quality picture!
Hey thanks Steve. I appreciate it. Have a great day.
Good to see you back to running, Tim.
Hey thanks. I really appreciate it. It's been a long time coming. Slow and steady as she goes... that's the idea anyway.... lol. Have a great day.
@@RunTall indeed
Assuming that the plan is to return to running outside, but sticking to grass/gravel/trails for a few weeks as well to try and further reduce the pounding for a bit?
Slow and steady.... that's the theme for this training block. I'll be running on soft surfaces as much as possible like grass and the track at my local High School. Thanks Tim!
