In my opinion, I think we will not get any rate cuts until something financially or psychologically breaks in the market. I believe the fed is trying to give it's self room to act when it's appropriate to, however, wall street is trying to bully the fed into a corner. Wall street wants lower rates to boost market valuations at the cost of higher inflation for the average middle class consumer. As how unpopular my opinion may be, I think the market and the economy needs to go through a recession to reset everyones sky high expectations and fix the psychological around the inflation argument.for me Bitcoin is the ultimate defence against a tyrannical government.r.. I would like to thank Evelyn Infurna community for being my source of crypto education as I comfortably earned 12.7 BTC. So now I'm ready for New Year..

Thanks for all your wonderful videos. Another neat twist on these ETFs is they have options of their own on them. So you could amplify gains by writing calls on your holdings. Could be a fun experiment to test.

Another thing to keep a track of is an expense ratio. QQQ can be easily swapped for QQQM. That’s 5 bp difference you could save if you choose NASDAQ index route

Expense ratios are charged inside of the etf so it’s technically factored into this type of comparison. 100% agreed about qqqm. I hold both QQQ and QQQM for different sized accounts. I distribute tables each month for QQQM covered call options in my discord server.

Great video. I like how your AI generated thumbnail makes you look like an austere Joshua Jackson! I'm in YBTC currently, but will definitely be adding the other covered call etfs as well.

I am also a long term dividend investor that sells calls strategically and I also do a separate wheel options strategy in my portfolio margin account. dividends and options are a great combo for someone like me who is retired. In 2024, I did $67K in dividends and $76K in options income. And of course my portfolio balance was up pretty significantly given the market gains over past 2 years really.

That is fantastic! Thanks for sharing. I love the combo of dividends and covered calls:)

Why compare just the last four months? This is normally too short of a period to give a good representation of a long term performance.

I would have like to compare a bit longer but RDTE was only started in September 2024. I like to compare apples to apples.
If you go back to inception of XDTE In Jan 2024, it actually outperforms SPY.
Because I’m trading these, they will all be on my radar for the next while.

    Don’t these seem high risk?

WOW, I am very surprised you would invest in these, Levi.
Yes, they have an amazing dividend. But, obviously for good reason.
    According to my model criteria:
    - The funds are only a few months old.
    - The expense ration is way too high
    - Very few assets under management
    - No proven profitability
My model returned an average rating of 16.7% with a strong sell rating.
I will have to pass on your "advice" here...
    Good luck to you!

Thanks for that insight. Feedback is always appreciated.
Part of the reason I want exposure to this type of fund is the age. I feel like companies like roundhill are using very up to date information to formulate their products. This gives investors like myself access to funds that are likely to outperform as they are based on current markets environments.
The expense ratio is important when comparing similar products but I don’t know of any similar to the roundhill etfs. If an ETF significantly outperforms, it can be very rewarding inclusive of a high MER. I’m curious if you have found similar funds that offer the same underlying setup (long call / 0DTE short calls). Always looking for better choices and if you have others for me to look at I would love to take a look so I can compare. Let me know the symbols.

@@DrawbridgeFinance I hope you are right and wish you all the best with your choices.
My trading plan does not include "speculative" unproven investments like these.
      Best of luck...
