Try some 4047 filler for castings. The 12% of silicon helps with fluidity of the weld pool and results less porosity of the weld. The silicon seems to help with the crap of the cast material.

Nice work. Have you experimented at all with 4943 on cast aluminum? If so what's your thoughts?
