Fate sure takes you to places you need, even if they're not places you want to go to. I had an awful day at work yesterday and had forgotten that my evening practice was Pranayama and Meditation. It was not what I wanted to do as I was disoriented, uncentered and emotionally wound up. Thanks to your calming voice, I was able to get down off that peak and ground myself. It was an excellent turnaround that I am so grateful for. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

What a perfect meditation for me as a beginner Leslie. I keep finding myself coming back to this class to center myself the past few weeks and feeling encouraged by sending so much peace and well being out to family and friends as well. Thank you
At the beginning of the video, my intention was "love". Just this one word, love to myself (which was uneasy these past few days) ... and just Love, to everyone and to everything. So it made me smile when you started the meditation and talked about love and kindness :) I really really enjoy to do some pranayamas, I don't do these enough, so thanks ! And I was happy to find a gentle video this morning, because my body is sooo stiff after a hard gym class yesterday. Have a wonderful day !

Hello Lesley. When you told us to imagine and visualize someone in our minds that we care deeply about, I thought of my sister. She is bed ridden and wheel chair bound. She was also born blind with Cerebral Palsy and Chronic Lung Disease. And all her life she has taken her foods via G-tube instead of eating them through her mouth. Right now, she is currently admitted in the ICU of CHLA. She had 3 surgeries in 1 week and her doctors told my family and I that we must prepare ourselves just in case something were to happen her. Your videos have helped me so much every single day as you remind me to be mindful, present, and thankful. But, today, I couldn't hold it in. I started crying when I was imagining her in my mind and saying, "May you be peaceful and happy. May you be safe from all inner and outer harm. May you be healthy and strong as you can be. May you live with ease and well-being." Lately, I have been doing my best to stay strong for her, so being able to cry today thanks to you feels so relieving. Thank you so much. Please keep doing what you are doing. Namaste

Beautiful meditation. When asked to think of someone easy to love-it was difficult to imagine only one person. I kept bouncing from one being to another. Tears filled my eyes as though independent from what I was feeling. Can't think of Lesley without love & kindness - that's what she meant to me. Thank you, namaste.
Today was my 35th day of creating a healthy habit. It was an amazing class like the other ones. I tried to do a meditation before, but never concentrated like today. Under your loving instruction and your beautiful voice I become calmer and happier. Thank you so much and Namaste :)

The breathing always relaxes and centers me. It's amazing how difficult focused, deep breaths are when I am in a difficult situation in daily life. It's really needed.

Really liked the combination of some simple movement, breathing exercises, and the meditation. Feeling really relaxed! And good to have a lighter class to add to some of the other exercise I've been doing lately.
This was wonderful! I feel so blessed to be apart of this 90 day challenge. You have the most calming voice, filled with joy and love. Thank you for all you do! In all the highs and lows of my life this is definitely a high. :) This week was kind of a low in my mood but it seems like when I do your yin yoga I'm refreshed. See you tomorrow!

The timing couldn't have been more perfect. Tomorrow I have a job interview. I used to struggle with generalized anxiety but now I am doing better and it is more directed to specific situations - interviews, presentations, situations in general in which I'll have to speak and be evaluated. I'm illogically nervous and it is really hard to control and tone down. This practice was perfect because it had a little bit of soft movement (it would have been really hard to stay still for 20 minutes) but it gave really helpful meditation tools that calmed my mind and make me feel like I was irradiating light. Thank you, Leslie, you are truly making the world a better place, little by little. I wish you all the best in the world.
It was such a lovely meditation. Your voice is wonderfully soothing. The white light to all beings was so easy to imagine and send out.

I didn't think I would, but I loved the meditation! When it was time to say the words of love and kindness to myself I cried a little bit. Maybe because I always think about making others happy and not myself, so it was liberating.
I am doing your 90 days for the second time around now. The first time I chose and picked videos and did some of them a couple of times while skipping others completely. This time around I am consciously surrendering to the sequence and it feels so good I have no words for it. Just following the flow.
Day 34 took me two attempts to be honest because it was really tough. Last time around I avoided the tough ones because I did not like to feel like I had "failed" them. This time I paused when I had to and just gave my best and was generally forgiving towards myself. And I was so proud afterwards that I had done it and had not overexerted myself either. Taking care of myself.
Day 35 I had skipped last time because it seemed too easy. Just sitting around and breathing, hahaha. And now that I have done it, I feel so peaceful and grateful for your lovely lovely meditation. Again, taking care of myself.

Hi. I too have been working through these practices during lockdown and tagged this on to one of ypur live classes (#5 perhaps). I've had trouble with meditating before, I had problems switching off my female brain but after an hour of the first practice, this one was awesome. These two practices have been an amazing start to my day. Thank you Lesley & Duke. Day by day you are changing my life. I am nicer, more relaxed and more at peace than ever before - when lockdown is over, and I start commuting again, that might change......😂
I've always been a very impatient person. Practicing yoga with you for the past 34 days seemed to have taught me a little bit more patience and I'm surprised and happy that I've managed to finish this rather 'slow' video. Thank you leslie.

Wonderful! This reminded me how much I adored Pranayama a few years ago in a class I was visiting. I am obviously very much behind on the Yoga Fix90 challenge but I thought that it would be wonderful if in your future classes you introduce a bit of Pranayama towards the beginning or end. Thank you so much for this! I've been doing your Yoga Fix 90 videos and I'm in love with them. They're really different from the Hatha Yoga classes I take weekly and I enjoy them just as much.
The pranayama exercises in this were fantastic, I've never done "the water one" before, I found it hard but grounding at the same time.

I really enjoyed this meditation and the explanation about the different limbs of yoga. Somehow, eventhough we may be mad at people, I feel it's so liberating to just send love, it's like a knot disappears suddenly (that's what happened today when I focused on a person I'm currently arguing with). Thank you Lesley, this is my favourite practice so far. I love all the classes, and I can feel my body and mind getting stronger every day as I feel more capable getting into the challenging poses. And in this practice where it is so minimal, I felt my palms warming up during the meditation (they are sweating as I am writing this!). Sometimes I forget how powerful it is to be still while going through stressful days! Thank you!
