However, if you don't mind waiting until the Summer, you may see better pricing on GPUs as refreshes come in and newer models. I'm am waiting until the Summer before I start my new build with a budget of around £/€ 3,000 Hopefully then I can build a better PC.

Use msi afterburner keep fans at auto GPU at 85 And memory at 85 Thank me later don't get scammed for a new b.s GPU those settings will get you 5 to 10 more fps easy

It really depends on the games. Plus putting everything on Ultra might not be optimized whatsoever. What matters is if you like what you see and have good balance between performance and visuals. Putting everything on max will make most games run like jack garbage
Your monitor can be complicit, could you change it or improve it? Perhaps RAM too, choose an X2 (Dual Ram) 16Gb is better, apart from the processor must be more or less of the same quality as the one that of the video man has. You’re welcome!
