- On July 27/28, 2018, the Moon turned dark red above most of Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa. timeanddate.com live-streamed the Blood Moon Eclipse from Santorini, Greece as well as images of this total lunar eclipse from Perth Observatory in Perth, Australia, and from ASSA South Africa in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Here from North West the moon is full ,with shadows but not colored..
WE have beautiful clear days ,NO clouds could be the reason..
I watched the entire live stream. Thank you for such an illuminating experience. First and foremost thank you for the breathtakingly beautiful telescopic views from around the world, the enlightening education, the delightful commentary and the music selection...ahhh :) I wish the "Magnitude of a Lunar Eclipse" chart hadn't been displayed at Maximum Eclipse Time but I did enjoy it all very much. I wish I could have seen it live but...it just wasn't in the stars ;)

The whole of Calcutta and its surroundings are under heavy cloud since a week, hence, couldn't experience this wonderful celestial event, as well as the Mars one, despite being mentally prepared since a month. However, this stream helped me to get an exposure, albeit indirectly. The confab between Graham and Anne was quite informative too. Also, this stream covered the event for the longest time in comparison to other streams. Thank you for the broadcast! It didn't let me feel left out.

We landed on moon long ago, but still don't have a permanent station there. No working rovers as well at the moment. Only if there would have been a camera on moon right now watching this amazing eclipse. Would have been quite a sight watching the same event from both earth and moon. hopefully someday in our lifetime. btw thanks for this live stream timeanddate.com.
