This channel, although I only discovered it 3 days ago, is an absolute gem!!! You deserve infinitely more recognition for your excellent retelling of the roman history (and the humour is good too)
these videos are really well made, i just know it took a lot of effort. congratulations. it's giving me flashbacks of the the history of rome classes i had in the 1st semester this year.
Everything in this Channel is great: - very good narration/writting to understand well - Nice drawings that make the telling more entertaining - nuanced as it talks about the sources, which every video about history should do - clear maps - etc. It’s like the perfect balance with the history of Rome podcast that is more dense and expert level, these videos enable to get a broader view and understanding.
I can’t believe I only just now discovered this channel! I love it!! In the same caliber of some of the truly great history channels like History Civilis, History Matters, and others!! Amazing work!
lol I just imagine some poor Etruscan washing his feet, as some Latin tosses a spear into his backyard declaring war. The confusion on his face would had been priceless.
Loved this very much. Those bubble heads are right up there with the squares of Historia Civilis.
Thanks! We are big fans of Historia Civilis, so you can see some of his influence for sure.
I love this series so much, there is some serious potential in this channel.
Thank you for the kind words!
Best narrator in the country
This felt way longer than it was. Great job

So glad I stumbled upon this channel! Keep up the good work :)

Loved the Augustus sneak peeks, can't wait for those parts.
Thank you so much for making a video about the 7 kings of rome which no one really talks about!
Underrated as hell

It's to be noted that the final extension of Roman kingdom is basically the borders of current Rome city
Ah yes the triumph, truly the most prestigious reward a German general can get, wish there's more bloopers though
great video
Ackshually the title of the Pope is Summus Pontifex, not Pontifex Maximus
lol I just imagine some poor Etruscan washing his feet, as some Latin tosses a spear into his backyard declaring war. The confusion on his face would had been priceless.
imagine holding a title as old as rome
Damn Germans, they get everywhere! xD
