In serial no 3 the percentage of water taken is 32% i.e 80ml..at 32%we obtained standard consistency.so for IST we have to take 0.85*80=68ml..
The Weight of cement taken in this case is 250g.
So, 32% of 250 = 80ml
0.85 * 80 = 68ml
