Gracias por acompañarme, el dibujo de hoy, "Mandala", con el colorear trato de relajarme, al estar coloreando al mismo momento sigo y observo los patrones de pensamientos que tengo al momento y ejercito mi mente, al sacarla del pasado o futuro para poder traerla al presente, al momento donde el marcador esta dejando su tinta, no hay nada más que este momento, observo mi respiración y esta me trae a mi cuerpo lo uso de ⚓️ ancla, para poder estar en presencia.
Disfrútalo al igual que yo, Meditando y poniéndole color a mis mañanas.

Thank you for joining me, today's drawing, "Mandala" , with coloring I try to relax, while coloring at the same time I follow and observe the patterns of thoughts that I have at the moment and exercise my mind, by taking it out of the past or future to be able to bring it to the present, to the moment where the marker is leaving its ink, there is nothing more than this moment, I observe my breath and it brings me to my body I use it as an ⚓️ anchor, to be able to be in presence.
