The title of this video is very misleading Mike Tyson had a wonderful career and even though he didnt leave boxing in the most glamourous way he still managed to turn his life around and become a positive happy person for himself and his kids
Iron Mike was finished after the Berbick fight. He had the tools still but lacked the motivation. Some of that old spark returned for the rematch with Bruno but that was pretty much it. He would've been top 5 OAT if he had the discipline
The only reason that the rematch with Bruno took place was his condition of getting the title fight against McCall. Bruno's eye was badly injured and he had a real chance of going blind in that eye if he fought again after the McCall fight.
Do you have any concept of what discipline it takes to become an elite boxer, a world champion at 20 yrs old? Do you conceive of the amount of training, skill, learning, commitment & sacrifice it takes to be the best in the world....to perfect a technique, to achieve a level of fitness that allows you to fight another supreme athlete over 12 rounds whilst withstanding hundreds of punches to head & body? mike wasn't disciplined, right?

he's the first to admit that he hasn't changed.....he's just as confrontational, aggressive & triggered as ever.....it's the fact that he's 57, high all the time, heavily traumatised & far less vulnerable. when he had vast wealth, as a young man, he had no idea what to do with it nor implement use of it for ideas that concerned him....instead, e bought million dollar watches, mansions, jewels, exotic pets, a trophy, gold-digger wife & financed the expensive lifestyles of his highly populous entourage....diamonds for his security guys, cars for his hairdresser but nothing for the kids in the neighbourhood he grew up in. he was young, naive, vulnerable & exploited. *paraphrasing, it's words to that affect.
You handled the life of a man I have great respect for with dignity and appropriate humour. Thanks mate, nice one. J.
This was so fucking good man! First time viewer!
I can honestly say, you're becoming my fave channel on RUclips, very fucking fast :)
Nice, another great video! Keep it up Propa
Iron Mike will for ever be a champion people in 200 years will be decovering this monster of a boxer and be talking about him till the end of time.
Why was he stroking Lennox face? Wtf
Great you have got a sponsor killing it bosh 👍🔥
The MOST exciting, explosive champ of ALL time.. Always have been, always will be.. Don and Robin are both cancers.. My lord, the eighties were fantastic..
Hear ya go tko bosh! Brilliant as ever and pretty bang on as far as iron Mike goes 👏
So glad he's been given redemption from the public. Whatever went on in the past is exactly that. The man inside is finally out with Tyson & we're all the better for it💚💚. Excellent as always uncle Props👏👏
What a legend, forever Iron Mike
Your banter was Class
Superb upload fella.....👊🥊🥊
Tyson could never come back from adversity, never got up from a knockdown to win a fight, phenomenal offensive skill but anyone who could weather the storm and punch back was a problem for him.
The first time tyson lost, it was indicative of his demise. tyson had a small window to peak & regardless of his incarceration, comebacks etc, he his peak had passed. tyson's style, success & ability was all based on youth & speed & there was no longevity expected by cus, rooney, atlas or anyone that guided him to his best.
@@dyschromotopia good old Mike Tyson "he was in his physical prime from 16-18. By the time he was 20 he was a shot old man. Even though at aged 60 he came back vs Roy Jones and actually looked pretty decent still physically
Awesome as always Propa
This channel is unrivalled so fucking good fresh love it
Small correction. 6:30 Tyson was the youngest heavyweight champion, but pound for pound, Wilfred Benitez has h beat, becoming champion at 17 years old.
Can we have a Don King history video?
Lewis was supposed to fight him in 1996 after seldon
Nicely done proper 👏
Was never the same after losing Cus and Rooney. What a rollercoaster tho!
Great video as always
Will never be another Tyson. A true legend 👏
A legend??? He was a disgrace in and out of the ring. My god pick a better hero to ball wash for.
@@EyeTunz take things in the context they are intended.....if you like snooker, don't judge the professionals by how they treat their wives, that has no relevance. ali is idolised but he wasn't particularly decent to those that helped him, roberto duran wasn't a particularly nice man, nor srl, nor mayweather & i could go on endlessly.......of course, there are many world campion boxers who were good men but rarely is that discussed, frazier, louis, hearns, or jcc for instance.
@@EyeTunz "in & out of the ring" you state....but without examples that form your opinion, it is just rhetoric....vapid, banal & empty of content.
Legend. Great vid too! Thanks.
Yeah, very tragic, must be very very hard to be a multi millionaire.
The title of this video is very misleading Mike Tyson had a wonderful career and even though he didnt leave boxing in the most glamourous way he still managed to turn his life around and become a positive happy person for himself and his kids
Smashing Propa 👂
Go on uncle propa! Can you make one about old glass jaw?
Who me lol
@@glasschin871 lol 😂
Iron Mike was finished after the Berbick fight. He had the tools still but lacked the motivation. Some of that old spark returned for the rematch with Bruno but that was pretty much it. He would've been top 5 OAT if he had the discipline
Maybe so. He’s just too soft. Relied on bullying. As soon as someone wasn’t petrified he was in trouble.
@@EyeTunz intimidation is a psychological tactic, it's an essential part of strategy. ali was the master of it, & there was no barrier he wouldn't cross...calling joe frazier an uncle tom....i think that was the most depraved trash talk in history of the sport.....he called joe an ugly gorilla, stupid & if you consider all of this was just after ali got his license back & joe was the champion...the three years ali was suspended, joe gave ali significant donations from his purses so that he could provide for is family. now, that's bullying, spite & treachery. no one gets to be a champion from bullying...
Whenever someone tells you “people don’t change” just mention Mike Tyson
he's the first to admit that he hasn't changed.....he's just as confrontational, aggressive & triggered as ever.....it's the fact that he's 57, high all the time, heavily traumatised & far less vulnerable. when he had vast wealth, as a young man, he had no idea what to do with it nor implement use of it for ideas that concerned him....instead, e bought million dollar watches, mansions, jewels, exotic pets, a trophy, gold-digger wife & financed the expensive lifestyles of his highly populous entourage....diamonds for his security guys, cars for his hairdresser but nothing for the kids in the neighbourhood he grew up in. he was young, naive, vulnerable & exploited. Now, he says he is on a budget & will never be rich again, but let's be fair, he's very wealthy compared to the average guy, just not in comparison to his peak fortune.
@@dyschromotopia where does he say he hasn’t changed?
That line ' a nutty pendulum ' about the peek a boo style mike Tyson learned had me laughing out loud ty for that line propa BOSH lol
6:32 no. Youngest Heavyweight world champ, sure. But Wilfred Benitez won the WBA World Light Welterweight title in 1976. He was 17. Damn.
Tattooed baby Tyson made me spit my tea out 😂 simple gags are often the best. Outstanding mush keep it up
Uncle Im glad you're bk two of my friends were shot dead 2 but I'm staying out for the pudding no prison not this month
There will never be another.
