You will love the Diabolic and the Empress, I am not about Sci-fi either but it does not really read like a heavy sci-fi, and the main character is badass. Also, read Forest of a Thousand Lanterns, it is amazing. Oh, I won an Arc of the Belles as well, it is on it's way and I am excited to read it!
Jess Willard I extremely dislike sci fi but I read diabolic and I loved it, it really doesn't have a heavy sci-fi element other than the setting

I really love your channel. I stopped watching booktube bc most people do the same reviews, haul the same books, it got boring after a while only seeing the same 5 books over and over but you ALWAYS have different and interesting books and hauls. Your honesty too is what I live for lol. You are the only booktuber I watch anymore so thank you disbite your busy schedule you continue to give us honest and interesting videos.

I just finished reading Forest of a Thousand Lanterns today and oh my gosh it was AMAZING! I can't get over how great it was! I seriously highly recommend it to everyone. It gets a 5/5 from me, and I just know it's going to become one of my favourites.

So many books!! I have recently been substituting scrolling through the internet with reading and it has made my life much better in general. Plus, I'm hoping it gets my kids more interested in reading. :)

All the booktubers kept on talking about the mortal instruments and I was so excited and got the entire series. But alas. I think it was overhyped. Then I saw your videos of the books that you don't like and I have the same opinion for the mortal instruments. Similarly a lot of people didn't reccomend throne of glass series which restrained me from buying it. But 2 days back I bought the 1st book and finished it so fast and absolutely loved it. Ordered the crown of midnight and eagerly waiting for it now. I watched your fav series recommendations and found throne of glass on the top list. But since it had a lot of negative reviews from others I went for the mortal instruments. I loved it but it was overhyped🙁🙁🙁 You are absolutely amazing. And I really really love your presentation. Keep going. God bless you. Thank you for all the recommendations. You just brought back my reading habits.

I have read An Enchantment of Ravens and Blackhearts and loved them both! Blackhearts also has a sequel called Blacksouls if you end up enjoying it! Both of those got 5 stars from me, and I asked for An Enchantment of Ravens for Christmas because I had borrowed it from my library. Haha. I also read Illusions of Fate some time ago and gave that one 4 stars. I hope you enjoy them!

im only on the second book but i think you should check out divided we fall by trent reedy if you havent already. its about daniel wright who is a high school student, has the best best friends and girlfriend a guy could ask for, plays football and is enlisted in the idaho national guard (inspired by his father who died while serving). idk how to transition to this but he basically shoots the shot that almost ends idaho and the united states of america and starts a whole civil war. its a trilogy, the second book being burning nation and the third the last full measure. this book is filled with cover-to-cover action and can really pull you into its world and i seriously think there should be a movie installment. it really isnt a book i expected i would be interested in but i was surprised.
another book recommendation is the sea of ink and gold by traci chee, so far there are 2 books but i think theres going to be a third one. anyway this book is about sefia, a girl living in hiding with her father and the guard has killed her mother. after her father is brutally murdered she escapes with her aunt nin. then after her aunt nin is taken by the guard she is determined to find her. on her journey she finds the book (books basically not a thing in this world, no one knows of their existence atleast) in which the guard is after and on her way she finds and meets a stranger who shall join her on her journey to find nin. this book is really engrossing and just totally sucks you into its world and its world is like nO other. im currently waiting on the second book which i preordered and it comes out some time this month.
sorry if this bothers you but im alone in reading these books and theyre just absolutely amazing and i think you'd like them. anywho i just recently started watching your videos and theyre fabulous! i love your reviews!

I read the first three chapters on All The Wind in The World and it was very captivating. You really wanna know like what’s gonna happen. I LOVED the Hundreth Queen it was awesome. And I can’t wait for the Fire Queen!!

About "The Astonishing Colour of After" , when you describe it, you mention that the mother "commits suicide". We don't use that term anymore. It's now either "took her own life" or "died by suicide". Just letting you know. It's like how manic depression is now called bipolar disorder.

Do you have any advice for someone who wants to apply for a job at a bookstore (Barnes and Noble) next year? I love your videos Hailey and I hope to meet you someday!
Caroline G you need to be able to sale and if you know a lot of books that will come in handy because you have to try and get people to buy more books. Selling memberships is very important you have to ask EVERYONE if they want to buy one.

Why dont you post individual book review videos for your audience? instead of a summary. I understand your writing due to November and your working. But I think your fans will enjoy your opinion of the book. and understand your frustration with the editing... keep it up :)
