She tried this the second the conservatorship started but the judge denied her and instead appointed Samuel Ingham as her lawyer - who is actually on her dads side, has never told Britney she could file a petition to terminate the conservatorship AND is allegedly snitching on Britney’s activities to her dad.
I hope she testifies before Congress! She could really make a difference for the future with other people. Congress might be able to pass a Bill that would help limit appointed conservators from committing abuse crimes under a conservatorship.

CA doesn't check on her conservators, which is mandatory for normal people. Instead, her money has been spread around to keep this going, there's a lot of it. No one cared because it's Britney Spears. What she made on X Factor vs what she was given to spend monthly during that time was a total power move. The judge is known to be corrupt, Britney should request a new one if she can. Two things are clear, her family and their team (huge and includes social media and likely the local court system) have been manipulating this conservatorship and she doesn't want her father handling her life. She does not have freaking dementia... this continually being filed makes this all possible, for now! Bessemer resigned because they realize this is a human trafficking situation. All I have to say is we do not know anything about what's going on we can only speculate but I can hundred percent guarantee it's not very easy to get this done in Courts in the first place...It takes a lot of evidence and a life altering thing to cause somebody to get in that situation...Anybody with a parent that had dementia and had to get it done,,, knows it's not easy at all... Since the court records are sealed we will never know...So the public needs to stop speculating , and just leave them alone..If she wants to fight ,,let her fight it..But they already turned her down ...meaning there's very substantial evidence She can't make judgments well enough

I said she needs to undergo a psychiatric evaluation before being released and I was attacked. They can't just take Britney's word for it without some evidence. There needs to be an investigation and a proper medical evaluation.

I could care less what people who are not involved in her actual case have to say. Unless you are one of the attorneys, doctors, judge, or first hand long term witness you don't have information that is relevant or valuable. If you are referring to "researching" as reading opinions online, the only opinion that matters is the judge's judicial opinion in the orders and decrees.
Btw, I work in a law firm that SPECIALIZES in Guardianships/ Conservatorships, so, I probably know more than many on these posts. Just saying. 😏
